Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This lets us know that our reviews come from real guests, like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or quiet room than someone who’s stayed at the property before?
We want you to share your story, both the good and the bad. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinion and experiences, which are critical in helping guests make well-informed decisions about where to stay.

These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

눉breakfast menu good but cooked food only just warm needs to be hotter, more coffee and tea machines required,decor needs updating and attention to maintenance,odour from toilet.

눉Pool area very congested and despite hotel policy some towels left on sunbeds all day.with no occupants. Dining room over crowded at some times and seemed like a bun fight to get served. Would not go again in High Season

눉The room was very, very basic, not very inviting. The food hall was far too small for the size of the hotel. There was no organisation and far too many people at any one time. It was like a free for all. The pool again was far too small for the size of the hotel. Not very impressed.

눉parking is very narrow and full of rubbish.
눇Typical holiday / family hotel..... I thing that good value for money. I had short stop there because of work not holiday. It was OK evening program on very high level. and good food. It should be OK if you like this style and not expect too much from 3star hotel.

눉pool is small and the shallow end isn't very deep I like to swim lengths in the pool not suitable, no litter baskets from you enter the hotel to you reach the pool, had to use the reception area as the wi/fi isn't great at times any were else in the hotel ,was staying in room 141 no sign for the public toilet only found it by chance
눇didn't like the room that we were allocated ,went to reception spoke to Maria and asked for another room it was no problem, we were then given a room on the ground floor beside the pool very comfortable and clean ,the staff were very helpful and friendly gym was ok all equipment was in good condition and working food was good ,restaurant staff were very efficient advisable to avoid the last 45 minutes at breakfast and dinner as their can be quiet a long queue waited about 10/15minutes on a table, 5 minutes from the beach would certainly stay again highly recommend

눉Old broken furniture, very old TV (my grandma has one of this), no refrigerator but ants in the room, strange smell from the bathroom drains. If you are "lucky" to get a room with pool view don't be too happy. The music is very loud until midnight. Even if you close the window the impression is that you are on a stage. Ground floor rooms smell of mold. Breakfast is like a 1* hotel in Romania. Cheap food, cheap drinks, don't expect to eat something traditional like for example jamon or natural. If you don't like russians try to avoid this hotel.
눇Friendly staff. Good position, close to the sea and close to the bus station (Barcelona Airport, Tarragona, Parc Aventura).

눉1. The hotel is not a quiet place as it was presented: Rooms facing the pool get a lot of noise from the pool&entertainment program. The rooms on the side street face another building - looking in neighbors windows, they also get noise from nearby pool. The hotel would be much better place without the amusement program and all the loud music. 2. Humidity and mold in the first floor rooms: Upon our request we were relocated in a front side room (front side of the hotel is the most quiet place). We got much bigger room for the same price: very big and comfortable beds. However, the room smelled like mold and there was a large amount of water under the beds (due to some condensation or similar). We asked for cleaning lady to collect the water two times during our stay. MANAGEMENT SHOULD REACT IMMEDIATELY REGARDING THIS ISSUE! 3. Same choice of food for breakfast every day: Please try to introduce different selection on food per day. We had the same breakfast for 5 days. 4. The hotel needs interior revamp: The reception and the lounge area should be modernized since they are old fashioned and uncomfortable. 5. Small pool for the hotel's capacity

Kindness of the reception staff 4. Very good food-compliments to the chef-needs more variety 5. Option to get very good lunch for additional €12 6. Individual (per room) reservation for sauna and Jacuzzi 7. Trees and shadows around the pool. However, one could not relax and read a book there due to the noise around the pool.

눇The main thing is value for money. For 3 star hotel it has all what you want - closeness to the beach, a lot of food, friendly staff. In sauna they have super Jacuzzi.
