Could have more english speaking staff. Maybe the breakfast menu could change every two days.

Even though 2 star hotel, it was comfortable and clean especially the breakfast was good. The personel was polite and helpful especially the lady at the breakfast room. The location is a bit far from city center but great location for beach lovers.

The room could have had an additional chair/stool. A kettle would have been convenient as well. The window let through a lot of air, which made the room quite cold (there was air conditioning for heating though, it just seemed like a waste of energy). There was a strong smell of cleaning agent in the room - not sure if it was supposed to cover something up or if switching to a different brand could get rid of this problem.

Convenient location right by the beach, and decent connections to go to the city center (it takes about 30 mins though). The room was nice. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there are lots of restaurants around.

A bit noisy during the weekend, as can be expected in this area. Certainly nothing that bothered me.

Short stay in Valencia, likeable area with good connections via public transport to the rest of the city that is too time consuming access on foot. Wonderful city, restaurants and the sailboat area nearby lovely on a good, sunny day. Helpful staff.

In case of a long stay, as mine, it was not really comfortable without a fridge and a kettle in the room. But, you can ask on reception to use them.

I spent wonderful 4 weeks here. First of all I want to point out a personal - responsive and helpful guys. Location cannot be better - on the beach. Additional thanks for the room with a sea view and terrace.

our room was facing the hallway and had front door directly opposite the stairs. It was very noisy at night as outside air conditioning was making loud squeaky noise and very load in the morning when cleaning staff was working and moving their trollies in the hallway. The toilet was very noisy too. TV only had Spanish channels...

The wifi was incredibly slow for being such a modern hotel. The hotel made it clear that mosquitoes may come in if you have a room with a balcony and that mosquito repellent was available upon request, but I think they need to prioritize putting up devices that can repel mosquitoes in every single room. It shouldn't be up to the guests to decide whether or not they don't want to get bitten by mosquitoes. Prevent the problem from happening in the first place!

I liked the comfiness of the bed, the sea view from the balcony, the bathroom/shower, the tv with the ability to cast from your phone.

Walls quite thin so recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The breakfast was very poor for 8 euros per person. No baguettes only cheap sliced bread to toast. The breakfast room is very small. On reflection we should have gone out to the local bar for breakfast. There was a very loud disco playing which we could hear in our room, it went on until 3am so not too impressed with the lack of sleep.

The location was ideal for a stopover on route to France. A nice clean hotel with all we needed for our trip.

No window with any view. I was in Valencia for work in November, so I was leaving in the morning and when I was coming back it was already dark. For me it was no important. But if someone came on holiday and had a view on the wall from the window - it would be irritating. I suggest: before booking, it is worth asking if there is a sea view from the window or not.

Localisation, cleanliness and politeness of the staff. Behind the hotel there is a beautiful beach with the promenade.
