The room we got was very nice, spacious, with a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel and the water (partial water view, there are quite a few trees in front of the hotel). The bathroom fixtures were updated. 10 minutes drive from Port Alcudia. Quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was good. Nice restaurant and terrace.

The location of hotel is its biggest disadvantage. Alcanada is a silent countryside with no beaches, restaurants, or any other entertainment. The only place with nightlife around is Alcudia, which is around 30min away by walk by creepy roads with abandoned construction sites around. Apart from that there are problems with parking because the streets are narrow and parking is not allowed everywhere. If you park at non marked places, you will quickly find a fine ticket on your windshield. The room number itself has 2 disadvantages. The first one is the climatisation system that doesn't cool down the room even if it works all day, but it makes a lot of noise. Second is that the door to the WC/bathroom is made of glass and is not locking. There is no separate ventilation for WC, so all the odors will go to the room. It's not the best option for a romantic trip.

The hotel was very clean and fresh renovated, cleaning was done every day in our room number so it was feeling great to come back every time to a fresh and tidy room. There was a nice and cozy balcony in our room. The bed in the room was large and comfortable. The breakfast in this hotel is amazing, with a lot of choice and really delicious, one of the best from my traveling experience!

The kitchen. We had a breakfast and a dinner. The breakfast was acceptable, but the dinner was not. The fish of the day was burnt and the fried chicken of the cesar salad was so burnt that the bread tasted bitter.

Very disappointed with the pool.. . the pool area was absolutely filthy, we stayed for 9 days an it wasn't cleaned once, also we noticed the people who weren't staying in the hotel were coming in an using the pool..

The Hotel is nice, Staff were lovely especially Julian he was very friendly and helpful.. it is a 25 minute walk into the Port.. €10 in a taxi ..

We originally reserved Suite, which is located on the far east side of the hotel. This room is more speacious and has kithen, sitting space and is looking towards the poool and road. When we checked in, there was a strong smell of petrol, which we immediatelly noted staff of. As it seems, there is some kind of machine/engine room below this room, which is emmiting this smell due to excessive heat and humidity (it was 36+C this week) Unfortunatelly, hotel was 100% booked so they could only switch us to smaller room, but with sea view. I understand that this is not Hotels fault, and staff really made their best to fix the situation, but it is a bit of a hurdle and it could happen that none of the rooms are available for the switch. Another thing to be aware of, while we knew that hotel is located in this part, nice beaches are all in Port Alcudia ehich is 30minutes walk away, or use the taxi (10e each way) Problem is there is usually a long wait for taxi, especially on weekends, so I would suggest hotel to maybe introduce transfers to Port Alcudia, which would ease guessts the walk.

Hotel is located in really quiet and peaceful part of the city. It is near the sea overlooking bay and small park in front. Staff is very polite and helpful. View from the room is nice, and you have large balcony to sit in. Breakfast is good but could have more variety.

The room do not look like in the pictures. We choose a room with sea view, but the sea was too far away, betwen some buildings and trees. The room looked used, not like in the photos where everything was like new.

Our shower leaked a bit but there was no problem getting soggy towels changed when needed.

Our room was clean and well prepared with an incredible view from the balcony out over the water. An added bonus was that the bed for our son was in a separate space, divided from our room by the bathroom, which gave the whole room an extra sense of space. The breakfast offered a reasonable choice and staff were very helpful when we needed to add an extra night onto our booking. The location is away from the touristy area of Alcudia. There are plenty of spots for accessing the water (rocky areas as opposed to more traditional beaches.) The nearby old town of Alcudia is well worth a visit as is the market in old Pollenca.

The walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything that is happening in the other guests room. The breakfast could offer a little bit of variety.

It is a very nice hotel with a great, modern interior. Our room was spacious with a little balcony overlooking the pool area. Our bed was very comfortable and it was very clean which we definitely appreciated. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly during our stay. The location is great because you can enjoy the beach which I walking distance or walk to Puerto Alcudia. The breakfast was good, we liked it although a little bit of variety would have been nice. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a hotel in/close to Alcudia.

The only thing we missed is private parking, but there is an off street parking next to the property.

The hotel rooms were really nice, clean and spacious. The location was also great but you do not have access to the beach. We really loved the breakfast options and friendly staff.
