Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The cleanliness was impeccable, staff were warm and welcoming, location was excellent, and the food was delicious. The spa was amazing, adding to the overall fantastic experience.

Room was good enough. But it was situated above the kitchen and we heard every day when the staff had started the breakfast preparation. And in the room above was staying an early bird, who was getting up at 5, put on the shoes with heels and started to walk around the room for 10-15 mins for some reason (like a woodpecker). So we became an early bird as well. As a suggestion - take the rooms in the left part of the hotel with a seaview, most probably you will be lucky to sleep more.

Staff, territory, breakfast were fine. But the most perfect part was dinner - they really got a perfect cusine.

The pool area & location. Comfortable room with a sea view. A bottle of cava for the birthday was a lovely surprise.

Access to the beach is a bit convoluted - it would be great for hotel guests to be able to access the beach from the exterior pool area directly. In addition, the hotel can be a bit challenging to maneuver around, and some of the rooms don't seem to be fully leveraged (example: the long corridor with furniture leading to the beach access).

The little beach as seen in the marketing pics was too busy to use. But note this is a public beach so the hotel has no control on numbers etc. However, the excellent facilities of the hotel made up for this.

Great facilities (spa, pool), high quality food and service at the restaurant, and the staff were always super attentive professional, and accommodating. The room was a good size, with a proper king size and heavy duty black-out curtains. I would recommend this place to friends.

Room - very nice view from top floor. It was very comfortable and extremely clean. The cleaning people did an outstanding job. Far better than any place we have been. Breakfast was extensive and wonderful. Spa offered a lot for free (2 hours a day) plus all the usual pay services. Wife loved the massage!

The hotel is a little outdated

Breakfast was great and the spa was exceptional. Massage was not great and the internet did not work in the whole city. The view from the pool was breathtaking.

The cost is too high and it was clear that this drove away other potential hotel guests, as all neighbouring hotels were packed and this one was quite empty, which is a pity because it is such a nice place.

The decor is a little chaotic and out of date, but it gave the property a bit of quirky charm

One of the priciest in the area, but truly an exceptional hotel. We booked a room with full sea view. * The location is walkable to, but outside of the super-crowded Platja d'Aro town area, which was perfect. The setting is phenomenal with unobstructed sea views, framed by large pine trees and the rocky shore of the bay. When you seek a change from the pools, a small beach is easily accessible via the gate from the bottom floor of the hotel. There is a path carved into the rocks of the shore that's great to walk or even run in the mornings, all the way to the town on one end, and a few bays further on the other. * The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. * The included breakfast buffet was very good. * The facilities were excellent. The bed comfortable, the bath and shower with lots of water pressure. Even though it was August, there were always pool layers available in both sun and shade and one could usually get one of the beds on the lower level as well.

Our room was lovely but the air vent on the balcony was very noisy and on consistently.. so had to keep the balcony door closed at night. The hotel was a little bit too far out of town.

All the staff are excellent, the food was really good. comfortable sun beds and plenty to choose from. The beds and pillows were so comfortable in the large spacious bedroom. Parking was right outside the front, free, which was perfect for us.

Not all rooms are created equal. you have to get the upgraded rooms cause soon of this views are not amazing.
