My room was to the street so it was noisy The location of the hotel is not the best, plenty of strange houses around it, however, the hotel itself is one of the best I have been în Barcelona

Very nice hotel, clean, the rooms are large. The cleaning has been made every day. The Spa is really nice with lots of sauna and relaxation space. It has an outdoor terrace where you can have a good beer.

The pool was not very relaxing as there were small children swimming and splashing....perhaps there could be adult only times, or quiet times to help relaxation?

Didn't like that they allowed kids in the spa, it's not a play area. They should at least do a dedicated couple of hours where kids are allowed and the rest of the time adult only. There wasn't a great amount of choice at dinner, especially for children. If you are staying for a few nights you will quickly exhaust the menu. While it was a nice hotel with good facilities including the free spa session every day that you are there, I didn't feel it was worth what they charged. Over £800 for 5 nights seemed an awful lot.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Spa had fantastic facilities. Really good breakfast with plenty of choice. Room was huge with all the expected facilities. Location was decent, walkable to metro and also slightly longer but still walkable to many top attractions.

There is nothing I didn’t like in this hotel but just a few things that caught my attention. - It’s only preferences but the gym is very limited. - The room disposition is something I’ve never seen before, when you open the door you first see the bathroom before your bed..

The Spa Space is so relaxing and clean Staff is amazing and willing to help They usually speak all the languages mentioned on the description but if not, they find ways to understand you. Very clean For breakfast, I have a few allergies and they always made something on the side of me. I felt safe and welcomed in this hotel

Breakfast doesn't worth to pay. I went to another hotel to have a better breakfast with cheaper price.

Not felt welcomed, only one prize near bed

4* hotel , quite clean ,room with only one press for electricity near bed- they give me when I asked a current press extension , metro station nearby, good breakfast- the blonde lady - Mihaela -from breakfast area was really attentive and nice, the front office staff at our night arrival was not nice at all , there was a gentleman at reception but we did not hear from him not even one *welcome* when we arrived- is a 4* hotel I felt more welcomed in places with less stars, I had to pay right away at arrive not even get to put my bags in the room before , overall a quite good experience.

On the second day of my stay nobody cleaned the room. However, I informed the reception and they solved the problem (it was, for some reasons, forgotten).

Perfect location, and good price/quality ratio. Rooms are OK and a SPA and swimming pool is available (just a bit too crowded at some hours).

Very quiet hotel and the spa was amazing. Very nice staff. Good location, near the metro and 20-25 min from the airport by taxi.

Rooms are a little old and need of renovation; bathroom in particular. In mime, the toilet seat was broken, sink worn and water tap damaged. Room could be better cleaned

The location is a little bit empty, not much directly around. The spa reception staff were a bit rushy and demanding when interacting and the spa changing rooms are too small

The hotel is located in a former industrial quarter where there are still industrial buildings that need to be renovated. The hotel should pay more attention to sustainability, for example, if there had been dispensers for soap, I would have even opened the packaged soap.

This property has good enough SPA n relax zone ! Good very good for everyone, families, couple . N this included in price, just need to do reservation for exactly hour
