It's quite old and need a renovation. Looks like for 40 nothing has been repaired. There's a lot of echo from everywhere and you can hear people upstairs going to the bathroom. Can't complain much because our baby is not the most silent creature in the world but knowing that you disturb everybody doesn't help. Oh, and prepare 50 euros in cash before check in. The only ATMs that are close charge a commission of 4 euros (these typical scam ATMs Euronet). Also we booked last minute so for us it was overpriced but generally it would be a good value for money if you don't want to pay much.

It's close to the beach but not too close to hear the noise from the bars. The bed was comfortable, as well as the pillows. The pool is nice. And you have pool views from the terrace that is good to have a beer. We asked for a chair for babies and immediately it was in our room which was much appreciated. The kitchen is basic but you have everything you need. The area is curious: there's an Hiperdino and other shops, although the shopping center looks scary.

Our apartment was on the ground floor level but never got sun on the terrace. We requested a change but receptionist was rude and just said they were fully booked . As people checked out on other days we were not offered a change.

The decor seems to date from the 1980s and it needs an update. There is only basic wifi in some areas but certainly not everywhere. The pillows are lumpy. It is very basic and it did not meet my initial expectations but that said the pluses outweigh the minuses as long as one realises it is not luxurious. I hadxa wonderful holiday

The staff are friendly and professional; first class They also changed my room when the one I was allocated was not what I requested The location is superb. The pool is great. It was beautifully clean. Bread and water can be bought in reception and ther are paperback books to borrow.

Very clean, though the facilities are old they are well mentained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room had all what we needed, the beds were comfortable and there was daily cleaning.

Kitchen is furnished with bare minimum: still enough to make breakfast or heat and eat food bought elsewhere. Furnitures are very old fashioned, although this is just aesthetic and not a real issue: bed is comfortable and everything is working perfectly. No aircon or fan: temperature was acceptable in November, this might be problematic during hotter months.

Location is good, around 10/15 minutes walk from town centre (via stairs). Pool area is big and perfect for relaxing. All rooms look toward the pool and balcony is sunny for the whole day. Apartment is quite big to spend comfortably many days relaxing without the necessity of staying out the whole day. Great price for the value!

Bit of a problem with ants, but I’m sure a lot of places are the same , no option to get showered after check out at 11, we weren’t due to be picked up until near 6pm

The property is central and close to the beach, room cleaned everyday, no air conditioning but a fan provided on request , a proper hairdryer provided too. Cheap and cheerful , nice pool area, staff were lovely

Pool bar shut and Internet went off

Would have been perfect but the Internet went off after a few days. And the pool bar only opened off days when it was open and Internet worked everything was fantastic

I had to wait for 10 minutes at the reception as there was noone there when I arrived. Also, it wasn't possible to check in earlier than 2 pm. There was no shampoo and bath gel.

The room was good, but the entry is a bit weird, as if it is the entry to a cellar behind an iron gate which you have to know how to open. The room was spacious, and it was comfortable for a short stay. Very close to Playa des Ingles, only 3 minutes walking!
