Lovely time spent at this resort. Staff were exceptionally nice. Easy to get to from airport, two buses and a 5 min walk. Breakfast high quality. Very nice atmosphere and within close walking distance to Corralejo. Staff were also kind to mind our bags so we could explore on our final day, having a late flight. Would highly recommend.

There was information that there is a coffee machine, but no pods (capsules) were provided! It was disappointing to have to buy them in a shop.

Nice downstairs area with a pool, bar etc., breakfast options were pretty good (less so for vegetarians or have intolerances), the staff were always helpful. It was nice to have a water fountain, there was a paella activity during my stay although I could not attend. Close to everything you need, although parking can get tricky in the narrow streets full of cars.

No self check in options. This place has different types of rooms, and some are newer than others. We ahve stayed more than once, and the first time we got a really nice new rooms, with a kitchen, wheras the second time it was a small basic room with no kitchen and you could tell it needed some renovation - the bathrooms especially. The beds and pillows in particular aren't very comfortable.

The place is very comfortable to stay in, pool and chilling areas to enjoy, you can walk to many places without being in a busy area. Large supermarkets and good eating options nearby. The option of having a coworking facility was super key for us too. You can use their kitchen facilities too for 5€ a day if you happen to have a room without a kitchen.

The apartment faced a noisy street, having said that on the other hand a pool view apartment would have been also not quiet with some building work going on there and too expensive for us, so I guess it was still the right choice for us

We liked the location of the hotel, the heated swimming pool, the friendly staff, our apartment had comfy beds and enough space.

The hotel was well positioned in the old town, cleanliness excellent and the staff were fantastic, helpful, friendly and efficient. The room very modern with all the amenities you needed. Beds very comfortable.

Not actually a surf hotel, just in the name. Just an observation, not an issue.

Perfect facilities, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, helpful staff. Room equipped with coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge and refillable water bottles from a filter tap at reception. They offer yoga a few times in the week in the mornings.

it was a pity that the shower didn’t give a constant temperature- but this is a minor point and was not preventing for having a nice shower! Great stay over there!

The location, the friendly staff, breakfast buffet was excellent, nice proper room with a (sea) view, plenty of parking place close by.
