You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is well situated in the main square. The parking is easy as you can park under the hotel and take the lift to reception, ski hire is opposite the hotel at an additional cost. But so easy after a day skiing as the ski locker is only a 2 min walk. The room was lovely and warm on arrival, plenty of wardrobe space, in room safe, bathroom was clean and warm. Breakfast was well thought out and had fresh tea and coffee available, fresh juices, a hot breakfast, continental plus local Spanish options too. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Ana the receptionist is one of the best ever. So welcoming helpful and efficient The room is nice enough small and limited view. Food package was compulsory 243 euros a night for a couple. Not cheap food rating 6.75/10 Location is amazing totally in the heart of the town. Downside is no Mountain View’s. Lol. But honestly the location is unbeatable Discount in ski store of 20 percent Friendly restaurant staff too Cosy rooms

The staff were brilliant!. They went out of their way to be helpful. We arrived early and they helped us to park, store luggage, sort out a ski locker and get out skiing before check in. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. The location was really good and it was good value for money.

The location was excellent and the staff could not have been any more helpful. access to showers and changing room after you’ve checked out was also another very thoughtful touch. Baths are always welcome after a day on the slope. Great water pressure and temperature. Reasonable size room for family of 4.
