I'd say the food probably let the hotel down most, reasonable but just not great quality

A very well run spacious hotel with spectacular views out to the bay behind Ibiza Town. An outdoor pool which unfortunately was too cold for us when we were there but a very small indoor pool jacuzzi and sauna and gym. the food was not great(given what is available downtown) service was good the staff were friendly and oh my god the beds were so comfortable!!

Soundproofing of rooms is a bit poor and I was constantly woken up by noises from both side neighbours. One neighbour was wearing high heels on the wooden floor and the noise was dreadful and it was very late.

Unfortunately we had rooms that faced onto the road. The road itself is fine, but the recycling and rubbish collections (for different types of rubbish and recycling) start late night and carry on through the night. It was difficult to get uninterrupted sleep. Not the fault of the hotel but it would put me off staying again.

Friendly, clean hotel with a lovely view over the sea. The small gym and spa were an added bonus.

There was nowhere to sit outside in their lovely grounds. I think more comfortable chairs in the reception area would have been nice.

The situation of the hotel was perfect. The view from our balcony was absolutely wonderful. The a la carte menu was varied and the food was well presented and delicious

One of the reasons I booked this hotel over others was for the SPA area and it was disappointing, jacouzzi was cold, and sauna door did not close up properly leaving cold air in and not ending up barly being hot

Spa was on a tiny side allowing a few people to enjoy the swimming pool or sauna ( 3 at max). Furthermore to get there you need to walk outside the building , after a few times you get used to it but it’s not convenient. In general the service at the restaurant was okay but for one waiter it should definitely improve .

Beautiful garden well & daily maintained , sea view from our balcony on the top floor was amazing. Helpful staff at the main front desk. Great cleaning services : thanks ladies !

The room could be a bit bigger or have a different planning; the desk and the bed were very very close to each other. The mini bar had only two beers, no selection of drinks-snacks. The gym can be improved.

The room was very nice with amazing view (see-view room). The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of fresh products. We asked for late check out and the staff helped us directly with that. The free spa was a plus.

Not much. Nothing not to like. I would have liked more comfortable seating in the bar area but it really is nice. I have nothing negative to say.

The hotel is very nice. The garden and pool is beautiful and literally by the sea. The room was modern, clean, comfortable and had a very large balcony. It is ten minutes walk from Ibiza Town Centre. Lots of restaurants around. The view was lovely. Lush trees and sea, pool and garden in sight.

I have been going here for years and I usually stay for few weeks and I feel I am getting downgraded every time I come (smaller room) instead of the opposite. The rooms facing the street are very loud.
