Rooms were basic but clean. Had to ask for fresh towels. The bedroom had no lights in!

- Wi-Fi didn’t work when you were at the balcony - problem with parking - shower , while taking a shower you can make a flood in bathroom:(

The staff and service was shocking- staff were extremely slow and rude. Stood at the bar for over 20 minutes with no one else there and the staff were on their phones and chatting to each other whilst ignoring us then someone cane to the bar and they went to serve them straight away so I complained as had been waiting. Considering it was not busy this should not be the case. We decided to eat and drink elsewhere due to the lack of service!

I was expecting to experience a higher standard in 4* hotel. It seems that the hotel needs a refreshment, especially the outdoor pool area.

Delicious breakfast with a wide range of choices. One day when we were heading for a day trip, outside of restaurant opening hours, we were provided with American breakfast - TAKEAWAY for 9 people! Very kind and helpful personnel :) Another time a hairdryer provided in the room broke and it was immediately replaced with a brand new one.

Beds were noisy and not very comfortable. WiFi was not working most of the times or very poorly. We didn’t like that the hotel charged extra for exchanging towels at the pool or for a new key card which we felt should be included for 260€ per night.

Location of the hotel was really nice, it is right next to the water taxi! Pool, Beach beds and service was great! Room was big and had a nice sea view. Overall we had a good time at the hotel!

1 bed apartments are very small, no area to really relax (e.g couch etc), The gym doesn't really exist, the 2 cardio machines don't turn on and there's no air conditioning

Lovely, quiet location only a 10 minute walk from the main town/port of San Antoni, penty of cafes, supermarkets etc at doorstep and set on a stunning, quiet beach. Food and staff was lovely, extremely clean and gorgeous interiors, beds really comfy

I stayed at the property in 2018 it was way better. I believe it has gone down hill in the last year. The cleanliness, facilities etc it needs a good scrub and refresh.

Beds are really hard, little taverna on corner plays a lot of kids music/ is very family orientated- can be a vibe kill if your on the beach view side, sat on balcony listening to peppa pig 😂

It's incredibly noisy at night - we expected a bit of noise based on the reviews but it was something else entirely. The drunken British tourists were SO loud at the hallways. One of the nights, they pulled the fire alarm and danced to the "music" of the alarm for 30 min before the staff did anything. Unfortunately, the staff did overall nothing to discourage the excessive noise. We were able to sleep because of ear plugs and minded less because we also went out, but this is definitely not a hotel for a romantic getaway as you also hear your neighbors throwing up in their rooms.

The pool and the staff are great - the DJ played well, and we definitely vibed. The location was good, and our room overlooking the harbor had a nice view. Airco worked great!

It is not a 4 star hotel room, the furniture is cheap and needs some renovation. The AC was not cleaned, was full of dust and was not working very well. The sourroundings of the hotel are not very nice. We also had a problem with the booking reservation. The hotel did not take the money via booking and we had to pay there with the card and with this we lost a cashback refund from the bank. They said it is something that is happeing often, but why not solving it!!!

The food was delicious, the only tiny thing I would say is I wish there were more simple basic options, when you’re nursing a hangover it would be lovely if you could just get a smaller sandwich or toastie.

Really great chilled (but still Ibiza) vibes. Rooms were nice size and good amount of mirrors! (Girls will know the struggle). Staff very friendly

There were not enough kitchen utensils (e.g bowls or chopping boards etc) in the hotel apartment. We had to buy additional things to make food in the kitchen.

The lounge area by the pool was lovely and very comfortable. The food was also brilliant and very good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
