I don't think it was something we didn't liked in particular.

We really like the apartment that we stayed in, the staff was really nice and we liked the location, really quiet so that you can relax there.

There is no possibility of late checkout! We did ask them 5 days before our checkout day if we can pay for late checkout and they said to talk to them the day before we leave, so we did. The day before we asked again to pay for the late checkout and they said it may not be possible and ask the following morning, which we did but in the end they said IT IS NOT POSSIBLE! And wasn't great as we have 2 kids with us of 1 and 6 years old.

The staff was very nice and solar, great people. In fact when we left the hotel we left some coffee and beers to the girls which were cleaning the rooms to thank them.

We had grumpy neighbours who reported us one night for being too noisy. We were not noisy, we were laughing whilst playing cards on the balcony, the security man came and told us to be quiet, the balcony light was still on and they had their bedroom window open. A couple of nights later the men at the other side of our neighbours were drunk, shouting at 2am in the morning but they weren't reported and neither should they have been we are all on holiday.

The location was brilliant, we loved our sea view. We even saw dolphins one day whilst we were sunbathing, it was beautiful.

The smell in the bathroom was from the first moment very bad. We had to buy air freshener but it didnt help much. The furniture is very old and used. The view from the balkony was adorable,but it was hard to take a meal there because of the tiny table. Using a kitchen was not comfortable as well. The window in the bedroom was dirty.

The rooms need some modernization, but was clean and comfortable.

Great staff always willing to help and lovely breakfast. The entertainment for kids was just superb, we can't thank Diana enough for the way she dealt with the kids. The cleaning ladies were so lovely amd allowed my little one to see how one of the rooms with sea views were and she was over the moon. Good value for money overall.

Some things in the apartment were a bit old or tatty such as broken lampshade, one light not working, toilet flush didn’t always work or else the cistern kept filling. Could do with some larger coffee mugs but really, all these things are minor and we could easily make do and didn’t affect our stay.

The apartment was a good size, perfect location, loved there was an indoor and outdoor pool. My request of a higher floor was met. When we had an issue with the hob tripping the electrics, this was dealt with promptly & with no fuss.

It has aged a little but that didn’t matter to us! We had a wonderful stay and I don’t really care about curtain patterns etc as long as everything I clean and comfortable and that it definitely was!!!

Very adorable and friendly staff. Hotel offers a nice indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a lovely sea view. Nice breakfast and dinner by a reasonable price.

The room is a bit old style with poor windows isolation which can be felt whenever the weather was bad (easter time). Sofa-bed not so comfortable.

The view was really good towards Santa Ponca bay. Comfortable main beds and shower. Friendly staff. Quiet area near Santa Ponca center/beach about 10-15 min nice walk.

There is very little not to like. Ticks every box, apartments are a little tired but this is reflected in the price. Excellent value for money.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Apartment was dated but spotlessly clean. Shower was amazing!

Coffee in the bar near swimming pool & rudeness of a barman who provided bad service probably due to low education level. A bit loud young people making party during night in nearest rooms (thanks that they left next morning)
