Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

All good.
Hotel located 7 min walking distance from Placa de Catalunya, lots of cafes and big Carrefour close to the hotel. You can walk to any destination. Good breakfast, clean room. Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the busy city center.

This was the smallest room I stayed so far. The room has limited storage space. There was only one muted light in the bathroom above the toilet seat and no ceiling light. My biggest problem was the size of the bed (queen size) which was to small for my taste. We were traveling as a part of a larger group and other rooms for 3 and 4 persons were bigger and had a balcony. Would stay here again but in a bigger room.
Great location. Staff was very kind and helpfull. Nice terrace in the back for relaxation. Walking distance to Plaça Catalunya and Boqueria. Good restaurants, 365 bakery and Starbucks are near the hotel. I was on the first floor above the hotel entrance so I was concerned about the outside noise but the room was pleasantly quiet. The room was clean. I would stay here again but in a bigger room with a king size bed.

We arrived very early in the morning and it turned out our room was ready and we could check-in which was great. The location is very convenient - just a min from La Rambla. For breakfast there are many option. The staff even provided me plant-based milk upon request. We asked for a taxi upon departure which was on time. Perfect organisation, friendly staff, great location!

The hotel has a perfect location as it is just off Las Ramblas so its perfect to walk around to the old part of the city and it is a couple of minutes away from La Bouqueira market. Staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was good.

It was my first ever visit to Barcelona. I had such an amazing time, beautiful city, very friendly people and the weather was amazing who was very lucky. Hotel Turin was located in an amazing place smack in the middle of everything you needed great restaurants, food markets bars, and not far from the beach.great transport links to get you around the city wherever you needed to go. The staff there were amazing friendly and very helpful. If any questions needed to be asked or recommendations they were very helpful . The bonus was the garden in the middle where you could sit outside in peace and quiet in the middle of the hotewhere you had breakfast ,chill out read a book or enjoy the sunshine.. I’d like to thank everyone at The Turin Hotel that made my stay amazing

One suggestion I have is to vary the breakfast offerings from day to day. For guests with longer stays, having the same breakfast every morning can become repetitive and less enjoyable.
The convenience of this place is unparalleled, with it being just a 30-second walk from Rambla and a 2-minute stroll from La Boqueria. Additionally, a rare perk not often found elsewhere is the availability of lockers where you can securely store your luggage if you arrive before check-in or have a late flight after check-out.

The bed, it was squeaky a lot, when ever you turn you feel like you are going to fall trough the wires.
Locatipn was excellent. Metro, La Rambla, Pl Catalunya in few minutes walk. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was nice, bathroom big. Tearrace huge.

The walls have no insulation therefore we could hear all conversations from people in the next room We could tell when they flushed their toilet We knew when they were having a shower could hear everything We could also hear them blow drying their hair at 1:00 in the morning .

I liked it all.
The hotel is in a perfect location right next to Las Ramblas and walking distance to most sights. It's right by the Metro as well, so it's easy to get around. The family room was comfortable, clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was lovely. I would be happy to stay there again.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms ( we had a double) would have been nice. There was a limited service down in the foyer but a long way to carry up a hot coffee in a paper cup. Only criticism really.
Outstanding location - central for exploring Barcelona. Modern, clean hotel. Excellent shower and a good bed. Quiet at night - we may have been lucky with neighbouring guests! Very good brekky - nice fresh selection.
