The walls between the apartments were so thin that whenever someone was pulling a chair you could hear them. Neighbours were loud as well

The location was very good..there were grocery stores within a minute walk..subway was 3-4 min walking, Sagrada familia within 7min

We didn’t mind the walk from bus stop but I think it would be too far for some people.

It is on a small car free street. The sliding balcony door was nice. Location was about half an hour walk from airport bus stop. Very near Família Sagrida. Only a minute or two from three supermarkets which were open late. There was also a lovely coffee shop just a minute walk away.

The street is noisy and one night couldn’t sleep because of the noise from next room, and very much disturbing slamming the doors. Probably it’s not the property’s problem, but I just have to mention it

It’s good for it’s value, the location is very good. The room is simple, but there is everything necessary there.

It would be good to have a lift in the apartment

The location is perfect and the area is also very nice, we stayed here without any inconvenience. Rooms are clean and close to metro, sightseeing and restaurants

A washing machine would have been perfect. We needed phone call to get a key for the room. For those who are not good at English, may feel a bit difficult.

Location was good. Supermarket is only a few minutes walk.

The apartment isn't very sound proof so if you have loud neighbours (we had one night), or a busy evening street, it might be harder to fall asleep. Luckily the neighborhood was quite calm and especially with the dark blinds it's good for sleeping. I am not familiar with the prices in the region but, even though the place was nice, the value for money wasn't that good in my opinion. There is plenty cutlery and pans provided but unfortunately no salt, pepper, oil etc. Not much else was bad to be honest ☺️

Fanny is incredibly friendly and super helpful if you need anything. Check in was super easy and possible during later hours with self check-in. Air conditioning was nice and the window can als open very wide. We really liked that it's possible to fully close the blinds letting no light in. The location is very good with grocery stores 1 min away.

Although it is not at the main street, we could hear noise from the next street at night. We had to sleep with closed window.

The apartment is near Sagrada Familia and metro station. Around the corner are bakeries and supermarkets. The room was clean (except for a toilet) and spacious. There was everything you would need.

On arrival the owners told us they have overcharged us so they returned us 103 euros. Instead, it appeared, they added these 103 euros to the account, making it even more overcharged.

Everything was fine, but it would be good if multiple keys for the exterior door could be issued.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, location close to metro and plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores.

Noise from other guest especially during the weekends. For a long stay as mine was there was no regular housekeeping and we had to clean, ask for and change towels and on the bed, and take the garbage out. The studio was cold due to cold November but fortunately we could heat it up during chilly mornings and evenings. The hot water was limited and the second one having a shower had to be quick or just have lukewarm water.

Good location, quiet street and safe neighborhood. Easy access to metro and bus. The apartment had all basic amenities for a one month stay. Nice staff.

We only had 1 pair of keys, and at the beginning it wasn't easy to locate the host as there is no bell at the entrance and no one was answering. TV wasn't really working well but not a big deal for us. You could hear noises from the other rooms (but that's in most apartments in Spain!)

Apartment was ok, with all the basic things needed. We only spent 2 nights. The location is great and very close to Sagrada Familia, in a small alleyway.

It was all perfect, but it would be nice if they left a few bits in the kitchen and requesting all the cleaning to be done on exit is a bit much - surely they could do the cleaning themselves as thats what you're paying for!! (and the letter in the room is threatening that if you don't they will withold your deposit!)

The value for money is very low. I thought that the room was going to be better for this price (even for Barcelona) Sadly, the next morning, someone knocked on the door asking for our IDs (when we had indeed provided that information before). And that was early morning (around 8:00). That woke us up for no reason and we were not able to rest properly the first night.

The host was amazing and was able to provide the codes for the room because we were coming very late from Madrid.

Our entire experience with this property was nothing short of amazing. Everything was walking distance, the staff went beyond in helping us, the room was very clean and tidy.

Big "dont like" for the bed! We were 3 adults and one 3-year old child. We paied for 4 people but at the room we had only 3 beds. So our son had to sleep with us in the middle. But our two connected beds were moving away so it was terrible nights there! Big "NO" also for no options to leave our lagguages in the place. Had to check out at 11 and our flight was at 18.00, so we had to leave it in cabagge room next to Sagrada. Cleaning lady who gave us a key from our room but didnt speak English at all. We spoke a bit Spanish, thank God. But for non-speaking spanish people might be problem to communicate.

Locality is great! Litarelly 5 mins away from Sagrada Familia, supermarket right on the corner. Pretty quiet street.
