Was missing a mirror of some sort in the Standard room (only ones were in the bathroom).

Breakfast was very good and included a lot of options. Service during breakfast (and everywhere else as well in this hotel) was excellent even during the busiest time. Our room was cleaned every day and the hotel was overall very clean and tidy, which we appreciated very much.

The room was small but can be expected in a city and there were options for bigger rooms. The doors slam so it makes a bang when your next room is coming or going.

Staff were friendly, polite and could not do enough for you, the hotel was clean and well maintained. They even left a piece of Birthday cake when the found out it was my wife's birthday.

The only fault I have is that my room did not have a mirror, the bathroom did but I could not plug in my electricals to do my hair. So a mirror in the room would be better.

There was really nothing not to like.. but if I had to choose something then it would be the heating in the room did not work that well.

We had a deluxe room with a lovely terrace.. the weather was sunny during our stay and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace soaking up the sun and atmosphere of this wonderful city. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful.

Our standard twin room was a bit tight, didn’t care for the inside location. Shower had great water pressure, nice temperature controls but invariably the bathroom floor was quite wet in spite of being careful. Bar & restaurant items seemed high but probably not more than any other touristed place. The hotel needs to provide better tourist maps. The print was so tiny it was barely readable.

It’s a lovely hotel, comfortable beds,very clean & well cared for. The staff were friendly & helpful, there’s a varied & very good buffet breakfast & delicious coffee. A very nice lobby/bar. Location seems pretty central.

The room that i have has a shower over tub. Not my preferred kind of shower as it always leave the bathroom floor wet after my shower. I have always preferred the walk in shower.

Pricy for what it is, just a hotel room in Madrid. We asked for a double bed and got 2 singles put together as a double... Breakfast was ok but nothing from another world. Pastry and pancakes was not the best...

The hotel was lovely, and the breakfast was a let down.

Larissa was wonderful! Helped with changing room for my brother in law who was quite tall and needed to change beds! And also gave us free wine for our honeymoon! She was the best! :) Definitely would come back!
