Our trip was fantastic the Villa was perfect clean well stocked with dishes ,towels etc also private and quiet for a relaxing holiday a nice walk to Maspalomas and Playa del Ingles Swimming pool cool but refreshing Supermarket beside Maria was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions or to help in any way which she did on many occasions and was better than any tour guide . Thank you Maria we will definately be back

Slightly old fashioned furniture but didn’t affect our stay.

Very spacious and large communal areas. Good location in Maspalomas, always taxis around. Very quiet around and in the villas. Great value for money.

Location was a bit remote but that was reflected in the price. If the kitchen space had been bigger it would have been nicer, as we cooked in quite a bit. If you are eating out a lot then it doesn’t really matter.

Very good value and had a pool. Property was clean and well stocked with cutlery and appliances. Good space for the 4 of us and our host was very helpful.

Perfect place for a family and a larger group of friends. We stayed in two villas beside each other. Quiet and private place. Nice pool. We cooked a lot of food in the kitchen and missed some tools. The landlord immediately replaced the missing tools, very good service!

Let's be honest, the upstairs toilet without a door is odd. If it was 6 of us, the stay would not have been as good. Also, I did not really realize that even though the beach and town are not that far, the area is not very walkable. So even if 30mins of walking won't kill you, the traffic of trying to manage random infrastructure will.

Even though it was four villas in the compound, but because their entrances are not all located towards the pool, it was still private. We had a family with kids next door and never even saw any of the kids, just heard them occasionally. Pretty sure they equally appreciated us moving into the basement around 9pm so the common areas have quiet. I also appreciated the option to park in front of the villa - the drive in was a bit tight but being able to lock the gates for the night gave me a feeling of comfort. It was four of us staying and I can honestly say the villa exceeded all expectations. And the pool is awesome!

Would be great with some real double beds, or at least beds of higher quality. Comfort is not the best. No nice place to watch TV. The kitchen knives are useless, cannot even slice bread with them, lime is almost impossible.

Great apartment, spacious and nice basement. Okay+ standard, things work. Great place for a group of friends cycling. Clubbing also work, but you need a car to get around. A bit difficult to get a taxi at night, will take 15-30 mins and a couple of phone calls... Liked the sunbeds etc, can easily spend a chill day at the house. Tennis and golf right outside the door.

Nothing to say about it.

The Villa was just incredible, near to playa el ingles and to the center of maspalomas. Laura, the host was always helping us with ours requests and available on WhatsApp. The pool is a super +++, despite the comments about the beds, mattress were very comfortable and we had someone changing the towels every 2 days, we were surprised to have a washing machine... highly recommended!

The room layout is a bit odd, one of the bathroom doesn't have a door.

The staffs are friendly and quick in responding our queries.
