It’s the only the second time that the address on booking.Com took us to the wrong location. It dropped us a block away! We had to put the name of the hotel in google maps to find it.

This hotel is So beautiful! We loved everything about our stay. The rooms are huge and gorgeous, the property is private and the parking is easy. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was so nice. Perfect accommodation.

We were visiting on our honeymoon so we stayed in the treehouse… upon arrival we found multiple used dirty towels and a used dirty robe from the guests before us- we alerted staff when we left for dinner, when we got back to the room a few hours later the dirty towels and robe were still in the room. We did not appreciate the lack of effort, especially since we were there to celebrate our special honeymoon. The dirty towels and robe were not addressed for another 24 hrs. Disappointed in the customer service, especially since we made the point to tell the front desk about the dirty used towels when we found them.

Although they state they have air conditioning it was not switched on during our stay. (On winter setting) This was disappointing as it was actually quite warm and uncomfortable at night

Absolutely nothing - we loved it on previous visits but love it even more after our last visit!

The superb and well trained staff, the location, sufficiently distant from the San Sebastián buzz, and the very special property. Very convenient car park on the premises (which in previous times had been free!). Very pleasant breakfast - nothing really unique but excellent nevertheless. Comfortable bed. Tasteful decor throughout the hotel. Hot water is very hot - excellent for the chaps who shave!!

The drawbacks are the lack of a restaurant for evening meals and breakfast is pricey if you don’t want much to eat. However there’s an excellent restaurant in the Hotel Bidaia opposite but you need to walk up to the nearest roundabout to cross the road safely and for a light breakfast a cappuccino and pain au chocolat costs about €3 at The Simpson’s cafe at the beach.

Well located near the beach (about 10 - 15 mins walk). The room was excellent and the hotel is beautifully presented throughout.

Lovely hotel! Everything was super clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms, high quality amenities, Diptyque products. We enjoyed the drinks and cocktails in the lobby and everything we ordered to eat was delicious. The bed was king size and very comfortable. It is only a 15' walk to the town and the hotel has parking at a reasonable extra charge per night. I would stay here again and again. Thank you Vila Soro!
