Shower poor, would be better walk in shower, bathroom ventilation not working leading to steaming mirror and corrosion discolouration around edge. Breakfast room impersonal like cafeteria.

Friendly staff; spacious room. I requested a double bed and was surprised with a california king size bed and corner views (room 307). Our car got washed overnight while in the paid parking, it was a nice surprise to find the windshield clean from bugs and road dust in thw morning. The waterfront is just across the road.

The rooms are not blocked for noises. When the windows are closed, you can’t hear the cars from the road, but you can clearly hear almost every sound from the corridor, the next rooms and above you. And, it wasn’t hot outside, but the rooms are pretty hot if you don’t turn on the air conditioning, it is hot inside.

Clean, cozy rooms, very close to the wonderful beach. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. The location is great if you want to stay out of the city center. There is a bus nearby.

Beautiful, modern hotel. Cross the street and you are on the Malaga seafront (nevertheless far from the centre). Comfortable bed and spacious room. Well-functioning Wi-Fi. Abundant and varied breakfast.

I had to call for housekeeping to clean the room floor when we checked in because the floor was dirty and the room smelled un fresh. The lack of english TV channels is ridiculous. Such a hotel with nothing to watch in English and no CNN!!! Never been in a hotel of calibre without adequate English TV. You advertise a gym but do not clarify that the facility is 10 minutes away. The restaurant, lounge and bar area decor and seating is old fashion and cheap quality. The rooms are not equipped with proper and sufficient electronic plugs. There is no convenient luggage support in the rooms for the current luggage formats that open flat. The hair dryer is useless and needs to be replaced with a more recent model. There is no comfortable seating in the rooms. The room needs to be updated to more modern decor and facilities. The towels need to renewed with more elegant quality.

The location was great for us. The reception staff is very professional and welcoming. We were checked in by Paula and she was super. The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeping ladies were great and quick to respond.

Breakfast wasn't great value for the money and I wish I didn't pay for it. The selection was very small and it was the same every day throughout my stay. The reception staff were nice but a bit all over the place. They really tried to push the option for paying for a la carte dinner. Provided me with wrong information about the breakfast times. Also on my arrival, I was checked in to a room that was already occupied - not a great first impression walking into a room with a sleeping stranger inside.

My room was lovely with a nice view and a comfy bed. The housekeeping kept it clean. I didn't get any noise from the rooms around me or the street. The location was great - right by the beach and 5 minutes walk to the bus that takes you straight to the Old Town in 15-20 minutes. The bar menu is great - good food and very good wine at a reasonable price.

This time - Feb 24 - we noticed a couple of things had changed. Firstly, there was no complimentary water in the room (unusual for a 4* hotel…). Secondly, the coffee/tea provision in the room was the absolute minimum and paper cups provided (what happened to your crockery?). Thirdly, the key cards seem to ‘run out of charge’ very quickly - especially for the parking. All in all, while still comfortable with lovely staff, a little upgrading needed…

We stayed in the hotel last year - Feb 23 - and enjoyed our stay. Thus we booked again!

Well out of town. We knew this, but it should certainly be noted.

Nice, well designed room. Comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast - plenty of choice and not crowded. Quick check in and out.
