The room was reasonably well soundproofed against street noise and traffic but could not shut out the loud night outdoor concert at the BullRing. The plumbing needs attention as the bathroom shower was bubbling up and took time to clear.

Good sized comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is 2 mins walk from train station and many varied food choices nearby. Good value breakfast with many choices

Good location for getting around Valencia and access to trains. Despite proximity to the station room was very quiet. Well appointed, clean and comfy room with AC. Breakfast choices were good and plentiful. Staff welcoming and helpful.

Didn’t like the wallpaper and curtains. The light in the toilet as too bright it needs light you can simply or yellow light

Weekend City noises until late then the eaterys and retail stores close, trains stop and taxis are gone then its silent, the week days were quieter but that busy atmosphere is to be expected if you are right next to the main train station! The windows close well and block a lot of the noise. Did not bother me as the windows face off of the main street which is a very large intersection!

Very well situated location right next to main train station and metro stops from the airport (1 -2 blocks away), the room was large, beds comfortable, room clean, the little balcony windows that overlooked the hubub of the station was fun for people watching, and a nice thing to have open for a breeze, staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet was standard with enough choices. Cannot say anything about aircon as I stayed in January and it is very pleasant in Valencia at that time of year.

The rooms were small for disabled guests. It would have been difficult to get a wheelchair in the rooms we had and there was no lower peephole in the door.

The staff were excellent particularly Ross.

I really liked everything. If I wanted to be picky I'd mention the soft pillow, the lack of toilet brush and the worn look of some pieces of the furniture. But the positives by far outweighed the negatives for me. I would definitely stay here again.

Everyone I met was super kind, polite and helpful. The location is excellent. My single room was small but perfect for one person with a big wardrobe (and enough hangers), a comfortable bed and a window that could be opened. The bathtub and shower were great. Everything was super clean. The checkout was possible until noon, very convenient.

Nothing to not like.. We asked for a lower floor,on arrival ,so we didn't stay in the booked bedroom..they gave us a room on 1st floor.it seemed a smaller room...

Great location, very central. They paid attention to our request, and even upgraded our room! It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The terrace is wonderful. Nice treatment from the staff. We had a lovely stay!!
