Beautiful place. Great for families with children. My daughter loved the row-boat, lots of place to run around. Of course, you need to accept the missing shower in the room.

This was adorable place,-nice views and comfortable room, friendly people. Very clean and well kept! I liked the very well equipped kitchen which was perfect for backpackers.

Only one window has mosquito net it is broken, so it’s a struggle between to open the windows and get mosquito bites, or close the windows and got sweating, it was really hot. Also there is no curtain on the upstairs, in order to get sleep in Finnish summer (long daylight), we need to cover the window with our clothes. Also we didn’t know the beach was dried and not suitable for swimming, it was a big disappointment…

Nice small cabin with nice environment and public space. Great value with money.

Very comfortable beds, common kitchen is spacious and equipped with all stuff one would need for cooking, nice facilities for barbecue, free parking is just by the cottage, very friendly hosts. And as a bonus - lots of birds one can watch from the beach nearby or even from the window in dining area.

I don't have any suggestions, except that it would be nice to have a toilet in the cottage, but I realize that the place is not really set up for that. It is definitely not a reason not to stay here.

I enjoyed my 6 night stay here for a number of reasons. The hosts Birgitta and Harry are very friendly and we had good conversations. Birgitta prepared breakfast for me, even though it was not offered with my reservation. She also washed and dried my clothes! They lent me a bicycle without charge for the entire time I was there, and that made my stay in Åland much more special. I enjoyed several mornings on the terrace of the large communal lounge/dining/kitchen area which faces the sea. It is very peaceful and I loved the birds on the water stirring and cackling in the morning. I would highly recommend here for a relaxing and scenic stay, about 12 kilometers outside of Mariehamn.

Everything was perfect. The hosts were just so sweet and helped us to get the groceries and took us to port. We really felt valued as guests! And the property was just so peaceful, just what we searched for. And added bonus was one of their cats. We arrived at night and the grey cat warmly welcomed us and inspected our room before letting us in - just wonderful furry host. In the morning he was also the first to come greet us. We definitely will come back!

The swimming area is not suitable for small children as the beach is rocky. But the place is quite good for a boat trip.

The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Room was clean and convenient and the surrounding big garden and the sea provided a nice view from anywhere in the property. All of that at a very modest price. 100% would come again.
