The restaurant evening options were quite limited - especially as one person in our party is vegetarian. To get to any other restaurants, you’re realistically looking at a 30min walk or a €20 taxi into town. Kitchenette was also a little limited (but manageable if you wanted to cook very simply for yourself) with only salt provided.

Very cute little chalets and most activity providers were happy to pick us up from there. Sauna was great and the whole place felt very comfortable for 4 people (we stayed in the 5 person chalet). Breakfast was great! Photos felt very reflective of the place

Nothing really

First impression- lady at reception was amazing, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. But I personally think all the staff were credit to your property. Very convenient location, easy to reach even if we wouldn’t hire the car. Chalet was great, cosy, clean, warm. And it didn’t have that usual smell of wooden houses. It was amazing. Oh and breakfast were fantastic, by the end of the stay my son became an expert in waffles making 😁

They did not offer a shuttle bus, despite being written on the Booking.com description so we had to take a taxi both to arrive at the hotel and to come back to the airport. It would have been nice to have some tea in the room to warm up after a full day in the snow, they have the kettle but no welcome kit (for the price, a small welcome kit is nice to see) Location wise, the autobus has very inconvenient times to go to the center: 8 in the morning or 14 in the afternoon. We mostly had to use the taxi. However for skiers is an amazing option because the ski area is literally one step out of the door.

The chalet was itself very cute, with a private sauna next to the toilet. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of different choices. The restaurant was also very good. Staff is very nice Nice position close to the lake with good potential to see the northern lights. the winter sauna was a must do experience

Staff were not very friendly or helpful. Breakfast was whipped away so swiftly at 10:30. Some stock was running out at 10:20 to which a staff member commented “you are not getting anything else’. Overall it was very expensive for what it was. Even water, drinks at the hotel were very expensive. €4 for a small bottle of water Taxis were expensive to get in and out to Roveniami

A female staff was unwilling to answer our questions the other day and was unhappy that we brought our used towels to the reception on Day 3 (4 people stayed in a cottage for 4 days, we thought it would be nice to bring those used towels to their staff -about 8-10 used towels).

One of their staff was superb and helped us to sort a rental car problem out on the day we arrived. Breakfast were good and tasty.

The stair gate was at the top of the steep stairs, not to safe for my 2 year old. Nothing else, rest was fantastic.

The chalet was approx 200m from the reception area and you needed to cross a relatively busy road. This was a little tricky juggling luggage whilst helping children. No luggage assistance available.

We enjoyed our 5 days stay.. need a short walk from the reception area but our accommodation is near by the lake which we enjoyed the scenery and taking pictures.. we also have chance to see the ski resort just in front of the main lobby of the accommodation . Breakfast has lots of choices. Supermarket is preferably 5 minutes away and more accessible by car.

For the price, I found the chalets a little dated. They could benefit from a refresh of the decor and providing tea & coffee and a few welcome items would be expected at this price level, in my view. It would be more practical if there was a curtain between the living room and the adjoining sleeping area, to provide privacy. There was a very limited bus service nearby, as far as we could make out, so it would be better to have a hire car here as taxi's are very expensive in Rovaniemi.

The main hotel lobby and restaurant area were very cosy and inviting with a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast was great with excellent choice and good quality food. We also ate from the evening snack menu and found it very good. The Winter Sauna was a great experience and we loved that it was located right next to the ski resort.

Chalet a little outdated but everything was functioning, cosy and comfortable.

Rustic chalet, very pretty property. Amazing buffet breakfast! Loved having a sauna in our chalet. Great snow boarding/skiing facilities, however, no clothes hire (you need to go into town) but they have ski and snowboard, boot hire. Easy to take taxi to Santa’s Village.
