Bathroom was very small and only a Bath with a small shower screen so when you had a shower the water went everywhere , also very difficult to get in and out of . The rest of the room is great !

The service at breakfast on our first day was just not what you expect from a hotel like that. We were not even greeted with a good morning or welcome, it was just an: "what can i do for you?". Also our plates were not removed the entire hour (!!!) we had our breakfast. I counted 8 (!!!) plates stacked on our table which were not removed until we left the breakfast hall. We stacked them so the staff would see, but apparently no one felt responsible for our table. All other tables next to us were cleaned except for ours. I saw the two staff members just standing there playing on the smart phones and chatting to each other. Also the one making the omelette was never smiling. I asked her if she can make my fried egg very well done, it was not very well done, so I asked her if she can redo it, she did not seem happy about it. But at least the next day she already knew how I wanted my eggs. On the next day at the breakfast we finally reeived the service we were expecting. We were nicely greeted by another staff member, Anna, who offered us a vitamin shot, we were accompanied to the table and she asked if she could bring us coffee (even though everything was selfservice). She asked in between if we wanted anything else she could bring us, removed the plates immediately. Thats the kind of service I was expecting from the beginning.

The location was great, just next to the central train station, everything was in walking distance for a city trip. The service at the reception was good. The room was big, the bed comfortable, the bathroom also big and had all necessities. Breakfast was very good, lots of variety.

The reseption was often without ant staff so it happened to me several times that I did not get service there; ones I would have purchased some snacks from the reseption bar but there was no body there. During my check-out the same thing so after waiting for a while I just left the room key there at the desk.

The location is very good right next to the main railways station. The breakfast was amazing, I could have not wished for anything more. The rooms were large and clean, and there was a small gym included.

Receptionist upon our arrival was not kind to our taxi driver.

Separation of 'plaza lounge' and general lounge area - a bit unnecessary.

Quiet but excellent location near the train station. Spacious and well appointed room. Nice sauna and gym facilities. Particularly liked the building structure, with its old world style, towers around internal courtyard.

Lack of sympathy when we asked about cancelling the booking owing to the strike in Finland.

It does what it says on the Radisson tin, comfortable accommodation in a safe and easy access location from the train station.

The bathroom was outdated. I do not lime a shower in bath. It was very low, I could not stand under it (I am 1.99m). There was no curtain, so after a shower the whole bathroom is wet.

The hotel is located central in the city centre. It is very quiet, the breakfast is great and the hotel is very representative.

Mouldy bread at breakfast. Mould on side of bath in bathroom.

Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Great Sauna. Free refreshments in lobby. Convenient location (near train station).

The room was not very comfortable - beds were small, one of the windows didn't close properly - didn't feel like a Raddison property. Breakfast was really bad - very poor variety and the food didn't look freshly cooked.
