The kitchen is well equipped, but unfortunately the tea and coffee were not refilled daily, no daily cleaning. Many attractions in the village close between 5-6pm. It has a very touristy feel and it is visited by many non-hotel guests.

The village is easily accessible from Rovaniemi Airport by the Santa Claus bus. The village is big, there is plenty to do. The staff is nice. The price includes the abundant buffet breakfast. Food is good. The cottage is very cosy, big enough for two people, comfortable. The best thing is your own sauna, it is easy to use.

The rooms far away from reception. Everywhere was covered with snow. 500 Meters. We had to roll the luggage inside the snow. After few meters I had to carry the luggage's. It was not a cheap hotel. They did not clean our room for the next day. They were saying that they can not find the people for this job. ?? Everything was very commercial. When we go the husky home. They told us If you see any of huskies do not pet them. Otherwise you have to pay additional 10 Euros ?

I love the Santa Claus spirit. It was all over the place. I can say breakfast was good. I like the jakuzi in the room. They let us do the early check in. Overall I was happy to stay there

Great accommodation, with modern facilities and comfortable beds. The sauna was a plus! The kids absolutely loved it.

The food and activities were very expensive. The food was subpar, in our opinion, especially for the price. And we would have liked more variety of kid options, particularly more vegetables. We lived the activities, but they were also very expensive and added up quickly. We were also disappointed to find out after we had arrived that the Snowman World was closed for the season.

The cabin was awesome! So spacious and warm; it was a nice place to go for a break from the cold. And the sauna was a great bonus! Our kids loved seeing Santa, the reindeer, and the huskies. And they loved sledding all over the property. They hadn’t seen snow in over two years, so they loved playing in the snow while we were there.

I would have loved a little partition between the bed area and the couch so we could stay awake with a light on while my son slept. It was a studio type room. An oven would have been really handy. Would 100% stay here again.

Really loved the location of the cabins. Felt serene yet close to all the gorgeous facilities. Sauna in the evening was so lovely. The cabins were so so cozy. Couldn’t believe how warm they were.

Only thing was the room was bright when we stayed. Curtains would be nice.

Free Sleds for guests, the view was great and seeing the northern lights from the outside the cabin was amazing.

Most activities shut by 5..thus nothing much to do in the evening. Meeting Santa was free but Mrs Claus was a paid meeting.

Rooms were spotlessly clean and looked fairly new. The sauna was a wonderful addition to the room. Breakfast had some lovely bakery items.. the chocolate chip croissant was well worth the calories. The resort accommodated us slightly earlier than checkin which is good..as a 4 pm checkin is rather late. Santa was a sweetheart.
