“Excellent gite in a lovely location. It's an old Fishermans house (1860's) over 3 floors, recently refurbed to a high standard.
The house is on the village square, yards from the St Cado's Cat Tapas bar. A few steps further takes you to the waterfront by the Madam Mouette restaurant. We wandered over the causeway to the island several times, watching the estuary change with the tides and light.
St Cado provided a great base for touring the area. Car parking is in the village square and there was no problem finding a space.”
