The shower head in the room did not work properly. But thats the only thing.

The gym room air con wasn’t working nor two prices of the equipment- one clearly hadn’t been working for a while. The room mattress was slightly hard for me.

On booking, I requested twin beds for my 16 year old daughter and I and we were given (thankfully a very large) double. Whilst we could manage, this wasn't ideal. The windows onto the street aren't double glazed so, even with ear plugs in, the road noise really disturbed my light sleeping daughter and she slept quite badly.

The hotel is really beautiful and has great facilities, including the restaurants and bars. The room was really spacious, modern and comfortable.

Wasn’t as what I expected on Booking.com pictures. Not very comfortable, also furniture looks cheaper than on the web e.g minibar looks improvised and connected poorely to the wall. On the other hand it is ok compared to other similar hotels in Paris but it is not a 4star hotel like you can find in Madrid, Barcelona or Croatia. Elevators must be refurbished.

We had a very good stay, the housekeeping did an amazing job We would always come back to a nice, fresh and tidy room. Very good place to stay for a Paris getaway

Staff not pleasant Breakfast was not great Place is a bit run down - broken things in elevator, front entrance to hotel automatic doors broken (we had to manually open them ourselves) There was no atmosphere in the hotel, nobody around TV in room only option are french channels, no netflix etc.

Needs general maintenance the shower goes hot and cold this is my second stay here and it’s done it both times bathrooms need a update very worn even from my last stay which was November 2022

The lobby very small not really well kept but ok Close to hotel were bong smoking stores you could see people via storefront windows lying around with hookah, apparatus looked very sleezy

Hotel is showing signs of wear and tear that couldn't been seen in the photos, especially the bathroom. Automatic front door had to be pulled open by hand. Shame when it looked so lovely online.

Breakfast is nice, but it’s the same every day and you have to pay extra for omelettes, and avocado on toast etc which is not advertised.

When we first try to enter our room, the key card didn't work and even though I went back to the reception and a receptionist did something to a card, it didn't work, so we got a physical key. Tidiness could have been better. Bathroom was icy cold and there wasn't possibility to heat it up. Ceiling light didn't work properly. We stayed 2 nights and both nights there were a party downstares and we heard the music to our room very clearly, so the hotel is not for those who like to get some rest during their stay. The hotel was okay for our purposes, but it was a bit too expensive considering that some basic things weren't so good or didn't work.

Breakfast was good, but the coffee machine didn't work on our last morning. The room was spacious. The staff was very kind and helpful. I liked the Inca / Peru interior of the hotel, it was something different than in other hotels I've stayed before. The hotel situated near the metro station.

The bathtub inside the bathroom is not very safe. It is slippery and you only have a hand douche in it. You can still handle it, but for this price I was expecting an actual shower.

The hotel is in a great location. It is close to subway stations and you can easily walk into the Marais to access restaurants and shops.

Room layout is very weird, the tv canno be realistically used while in bed. Shower/batch is open to the bedroom (so no door) which wasn't expected
