The breakfast was slightly unorganised they probably could do with more staff on at that time. However the staff that were on were extremely courteous & helpful.

The leisure facilities on site & the view from the room was magnificent

The room was very hot but cooled down at night.

Reception was great, and helpfull. The tea in reception area was very welcome. The beds are great and the sheets smelled fresh.

It is a very modern hotel with comfortable beds and a magnificent view of the mountains. I love the fact that you receive free tickets to Vitam water park which is a lot of fun for the whole family. The Lego at reception was a lovely touch too.

Only one card for 3 people to open the room.. and you cant go up the elevator without the card... it got us in some trouble... no kettle in the room, no fridge (but we were allowed to put some food in the hotels refrigerator).

Free tickets to aquapark! Great feel of the hotel, excellent complimentary tea and cofee in the lobby. You can bring your food and have a snack there.. Near to the airport. Big clean room. Airconditioning. Breakfast early (06:00) and plentiful. Shopping mall with big Migros. Free parking aplenty. I loved this hotel!

unfortunately the elevator was broken during our 2 night stay. Good exercise to get to the 4th floor every day though!

Felt like a new hotel, was so perfectly located adjacent to shopping mall & waterpark. Good value for money. Actually had functioning air conditioning!

Could hear freeway noise all night. Pillows were too inflexible. Bedding does not “breathe”.

The smell from the basin, and shower drains was dreadful. A little bleach from the cleaning staff would go a long way to improving that. The floor get gets absolutly soaked as there is no shower door and the shower mat isn't up to the job of mopping up h excesss water that flows out.

We have used the hotel many times and have always had a great stay. The staff are aleays friendly, helpful and proffesional.

Location is very good and not far from Geneva. Everything is nearby, restaurants, mall and supermarket.

There was no tea/coffee amenities in the room. There was in the lobby but made it difficult to take up two as you had to use your key card to use the lift. The pillows weren't very good. Not very supportive.

Room was a decent size. It was clean and modern. Very quite at night. Access to the local swimming/fitness complex. Next to shopping parade.

Please inform your guests upfront that the wellness area is not at the hotel IBIS. It is not fair to inform your clients afterwards and ask for additional payment to enter this area.

I did like the nice view from the panorama window, the shopping mall and restaurants near by. Also the Wellnes area in cennection with the Vitam area.

One of the window locks was broken so the window did not shut correctly: 3rd floor with a push out window felt a bit dangerous with my 4 and 8 year olds. Noise from neighbouring bedrooms coming through this incorrectly shut window.

Great breakfast, fab location when the aim of the stay is to you the Vitam facilities as you can even get to the pool without going outside. Expensive hotel yes, but you then entry to the Vitam pool is included which brings the price down reasonably.

It was quite noisy as it was a spring break and our window was overlooking the main parking (the hotel is right next door to Bien-etre Vitam center). We are unfortunately very light sleepers.

The closeness to Saint Martin Bellevue and Annecy (which both were our destinations next day) and the fact that hotel allowed staying with a dog (we were traveling with a small one). We enjoyed the breakfast.
