Hard to get access though cause poorly indicated and requirement to park some distance from the hotel lobby.

Convenient location, sat on top of a shopping mall by the harbour and the stadium. Staff were extremely friendly and bed was really comfortable. NIce breakfast. Family friendly hotel.

There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The revolving entrance door caused a couple of accidents on arrival at the hotel - my mother-in law walked into the glass screen as there were no stickers on it so she thought it was an entrance - she was nearly knocked out and had a big bruise on her forehead. Another lady in our group was knocked over backwards landing hard on the back of her head and her bag got trapped in the door.

Perfect location for the rugby match we were visiting to attend as adjacent to the Stade Mayor stadium. It was also only a very short walk to the marina where we had a great meal. We also were able to walk to the Christmas market and other parts of town. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good too.

I had to get my room key reset twice as it stopped working. The breakfast was OK but the cooked element was not great - one day there was bacon and the next day there wasn't. Sausages very small.

We had an overnight stay and chose this hotel due to its local to the Port. Had a very early start and it was great that they opened early for breakfast for those catching the ferry.

While the lobby and restaurant have some ambiance, although quite "cold", the room had none. White walls without any picture or other decoration, bathroom without any atmosphere... Definitely missing the "Styles" in the name...

Parking in the car park of the shopping center. Good breakfast buffet. Very large room. Nice front desk staff. Good bar.

Parking was a bit tricky to find - need to come in on Rue Dutasta which is one way.

Everything Was awesome

The staff were all really helpful and welcoming and helped us get taxis and explained ways to get to specific places in the city. Louis who checked us in was amazing and made our stay extra special. As a wheelchair user the facilities were brilliant and made my life easier. Thank you

Bar and restaurant at hotel. Breakfast starts at 0500. Convenient for cat hing an early ferry. Parking right under hotel with lift that brings you right into the lobby. Great location 3 min walk to port.

Nothing only we were tired after an early flight and couldn’t get the room earlier than 2.30 pm. I know check in is 3 but some hotels allow one in if room is ready

The thing I really missed was a little fridge/ mini bar to keep my water cold. Also, a water boiler to make tea in the room would have been greatly appreciated. Breakfast was very average, especially for a vegetarian like me. Only one type of cheese and that was cow cheese, no fruit except bananas. The toast was preprepared with ham and cheese 😞 but in France I often find that very difficult.

Great location if you want to get a ferry or explore the old town. Modern and very clean, car park just next door.
