The room was never cleaned throughout my stay. The towels were not changed and the bin was not cleared.

Close to the hotel there was a bus stop which had frequent buses which go all around Bordeaux.

The location. The room was filthy. The bathroom was bad we couldn't have a shower. There were big insects on the curtains so we couldnt close them. Kitchen area was bad. Fridge made our sandwiches frozen and our fizzy drinks we had to throw away. No where near for us to go out to eat. Felt unsafe as there was a Gypsy camp across the road and our vehicle was full of our belongings. Never use this place again. Very disappointed as it gave us wrong views about this place when we booked it. Definitely the photos of the room were not the same.

Room was hot as hell, sun hits directly from Sunrise until 3pm. There is no AC, the gave me a fan (super dusty, not clean at all) that looked like it was blowing the air backwards, first night was hell. Second day they brought me another fan (dusty as well but it was blowing more decently). The room was poorly cleaned, when I got there I found socks from the person that was there before not even under the bed but next to it. My room had spiders on the ceiling, I mean like a family of daddy long legs living there (5 or 6), Im ok with spiders but cannot think how someone with aracnophobia would react. The shower was not in the best condition, there would be a mess outside everytime I'd shower because the glass was not hermetic and all the watwr was coming out. The toilet looked really gross, if had stains of water that could resemble the traces of poop, also it seemed that they would brush it to remove any visible stains but no cleaning product was applied to it. The bathroom smelled of a sewer. I did not feel like I arrrived to a clean room. The venue is pretty old so are the elevators and rooms. At leasts the one I stayed in.

Facilities were basic and there was no heat control in the room. It was like a sauna. Very uncomfortable. The cost was inflated to over 3 times the normal price.

Property was near Rugby World Cup venue and there was parking on site.

The property we as not even clean, when we arrived there’s people in the entrance literally smoking weed like 20 people out there, after we saw that we felt so insecure of even staying there and on top of that the place was dirty and it did not even have toilet paper, there was no AC that was bad very bad we couldn’t even sleep we spent the whole night sweeting like pigs.

No toilet paper, no AC in my room by 35⁰, people speaking loud in front of the hotel until late at night. No automatic distributor for snacks and drinks h24. Far from transportation (15min walk).

Slow contact - I wrote the message via Booking to the hotel, and the response came after 24 h. First we got the wrong room - still not cleaned after the last guests. No air condition in rooms. Some have two fans for cooling, some only one fan (same room size). Corridors and rooms are smelly and it could be cleaner everywhere. Hand soap smells like man perfume. Room card was failing few times.

Breakfast was nice and fresh. The bed was comfortable and towels were clean. Nice, shaded parking spot.

Simple amenity things were missing from the suite like washing up items. It was very tired and not well cleaned.
