Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

OmanThe apartments and rooms don’t have air conditioners. I booked apartment with three bedrooms,and there was only one toilet . The temperature reached 40’ C in the afternoon and late 20s in the evening and was difficult to sleep, but when it’s raining it’s beautiful weather. The reception is not available 24h a day .
It’s a nice hotel close to the beach with nice pool and very good value of money Very good for families to stay with children

EstoniaThe rooms were a little poorly cleaned. When I booked then I thought it would be a little different since when I walked into my apartment I kind of had to start swiping a bit and doing up my own bed. Also, there was a quite late check-in for us (from 5. pm).
I think the best thing about the accommodation was the location. Ondres Beach was just wonderful. Near the hotel, there was a football field and basketball nets, where we had a lot of fun (also there was a skatepark, which we didn't use).

SpainAbsolutely horrified that for €96 for 1 night we had to make our own bed, fully clean the apartment, put out the laundry, empty the rubbish bins…. All Of this with no WiFi , no information / welcome pack, no facilities guide and worse of all NO AIRCON!!!!! It was 28 degrees and No aircon. Our stay was the worst experience of our lives and we have over 100 years experience between us!! Absolutely shocking and dire value for money. We gave it 1 out of 10….. only because there was no option for a 0

South Africathere are set check in times. We had to wait till 4pm. You have to make your own bed and clean the apartment, strip the beds etc when you leave. They take 109€ deposit which is only refunded when the apartment is checked AFTER you leave so it’s their word against yours.
the location of this property is fantastic. 15 minutes slow walk down to a wonderful beach. there is a great pool as well.
