In this weather the flat needs air conditioning. Opening the window was the only way to get cool air. This presented a problem because a child across the street screamed incessantly from about 430pm until after 10. Then he/she began again in the morning. Apart from the noise, it was upsetting to hear such obvious distress.

The noise - I heard everything in the stairwell outside, woken every time someone walked past, plus the fridge and loud humming. Strong detergent smell on sheets/towels.

Location was great - central to town. Flat had everything I needed. Secure and clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Great there was a washing machine.

One of the rooms was filthy, hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. They took care of it that day but that’s a major oversight and caused us huge inconvenience. It was disgusting. The stairs to the second floor are dangerous, especially with a suitcase. I almost fell many times trying to take my bags up. The light bulb in that bathroom was broken and it took them a few days to get it fixed. Very poor. The downstairs apartment gets so much noise from the pub, sleep was difficult. On the whole completely unimpressed and a terrible first impression.

Lovely cozy studio apartment, well equipped with all things needed to feel at home. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and I love how independently I could come and go and have everything at my disposal to make my business trip acceptable and as comfortable as possible. It is also very close to many delis, cafes, markets, restaurants, groceries. The area features beautiful architecture from various centuries and winding narrow streets, there is some spacial/visual pleasure in walking around here. it was also incredibly helpful that there was a working washing machine and detergent, because I stayed here at the end of a 10-day trip and I got to refresh my clothes without having to go anywhere or spending additional money on this. The kitchen was satisfying as well, so it felt like I was home, at liberty to prepare simpler meals.

Spiral staircase very narrow, and the gap between stairs is high. It's not easy to get to the key box. No lift, Anyone with chronical joins pain to avoid. The sofa bed is opened (no instructions to fold back) and takes all the space of the bedsit. The lights are too bright, and there is no dim bedside light. Curtains are difficult to open and let daylight in. Hoover was dirty. No instructions to find main bins or recycling bins that's a shame!

Great location! Proximity, close to RER, and lots of shops and bakeries around. Having an oven to bake and roast. A washing machine dryer was a bonus.

I loved everything about it!

I traveled solo and felt very comfortable staying here by myself. I left at 6 in the morning my last day to walk to the train station. I felt very safe doing so. Spacious apartment, very clean with comfortable beds. Lots of kitchen equipment to use. There was a variety of chairs to sit on.

I don’t think there is a fix to this but there’s no sunshine coming in all day long. Also, as the studio is right next to the pedestrian road, there are lots of random noises, which I didn’t mind too much during the late afternoon, but it could be quite annoying and unwelcoming during late night. It was okay for me at the end of the day as it was not for my holidays but just a business trip for a week.

The location was excellent. lots of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.
