Parking is easy in the car park next to it, however it felt a bit unsafe and stank of urin. And an added cost. It was hard to work out how to enter the hotel despite we did that in the opening hours and luckily another guest opened for us. Sunday morning a homeless guy was right next to the main door which felt very uncomfortable and could be addressed by the hotel. There was some noice at outside until late.

This hotel is good value for money. It is very basic and does not have much atmosphere but the small apartment was well equiped. The location in the center is very good. Lots of restaurants around. We just needed a place for the night for which the hotel is good.

I get why, but the deposit is super steep and if you have a bank account in a different currency you might lose money from changing currency rates day to day. Bathroom pipes had a smell coming up from them that was unpleasant.

Location was perfect for us as was a stop to get to Annecy the next day, coming in late was very easy and the team were very helpful with my questions! Room was tidy and clean, could stay for multiple nights as there was a small kitchen, bed was a bit uncomfortable but similar to other budget stays. Close to shops, bars, fast food.

At arrival we have been asked to tidy up after ourselves and to take out the trash. You will only have access to a public parking garage with questionable people at the pedestrian entrance. There is no air-conditioning, so do not book it during the summer, as you will not get any sleep with open windows due to the central street noise. 250 CHF is also booked as a deposit. Only one card was working at the door.

Good place for a ,quick one night stop in Annemasse. The bed was,very comfortable and sheets crispy clean. We were a family of 3 with dog. Plenty of room for us all with a seperate bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Area around the hotel was noisy and not clean - many nationalities and migrants living around. Breakfast could be more diverse/range of products could be exchanged during week - for longer stay like 1 week maybe better to book without breakfast and buy beverages in shop or visit cafe shop/bakery in ground floor of building in order to have diverse breakfast. Hotel doesn´ t have airconditioning - mainly in summer months missing - we had only small fan available, but in 35-40 Celsius degrees not enough.

Hotel is located in Annemasse city centre in good distance from Geneva (Aeroport or PalExpo - 25-45 minutes by car depending on traffic situation). Hotel doesn´t have own parking - parking is possible on public underground parking Chablais Parc next to the hotel (approx. 20 CHF/day) or on public free of charge parking (15minutes by walk from hotel - Parking du Bonneville, 18 Route de Bonneville). Near to the hotel are many shops/restaurants/etc. located - hotel is located in shopping park Chablais. To buy beverages some small shops are located near to hotel or Lidl supermarket is located 10 minutes by walk. Train station is located 5-7 minutes by walk - connection to Geneva, in case no outage connection to aeroport as well by train. Equipment of hotel could be more modern and area of hotel more clean. Breakfast very simple. Hotel was dog friendly.

Windows look out on other apartments and hotels, so don’t expect a view of France.

Easy and quick check in. Rooms are clean, big windows that open and allow air flow. They also supplied us with a fan which was very helpful in the summer heat. Bathroom was good and bedding clean. Comfortable beds.

There was no internal lock on the door, as illustrated by the staff member on the evening we arrived. Poor security. Bathroom facilities were not in good order. the toilet paper holder was very loose on the wall, as was the shower attachment. Overall, adequate, but not maintained well.

Staff on the morning we departed were very helpful in arranging a taxi.
