To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOne lamp to supplement the overhead (which wasn't plugged in), left the bedroom dim. It would definitely help to have a second lamp, one at bedside, the other at the desk. Stronger overhead lighting if that is possible without rewiring. The elevator was really slow in the morning (not much can be done about that, I think). The location is middling, 15 minutes to walk from the train station, more than that from Place Belfort. (But the metro is a few minutes' walk away.) Note: my "likes" are a lot stronger than my wishes for improvement.
Very comfortable room. Very clean. Soft sheets. Climate control (which I didn't happen to need, but good to know it's available). Good kitchenette, including refrigeration. Quiet. It was a nice feeling from the moment I entered the room, after being warmly treated by staff at reception. The outside patio on the ground floor is a pleasant option in warm weather, not something you have everywhere.

RomaniaIt is a low profile hotel, nothing special, no plug near bed. Furniture can be updated , bed was fine. I had only one incident having a scandal in the room next to me and needed to intervine myself at 5 am , didnt had a phone in the room to call the reception .
The hotel is easy to reach from the Part Dieu train station and at 15 min walking from old city center. There are plenty of places to have a coffee or eat in the neighborhood. checkin was smooth, chekout same and I could leave my luggage there until afternoon.
