Comfortable beds, plenty of equipment in the kitchenette for cooking meals and a table to eat from. Very secure underground parking. Not too far away from shops.

It was VERY hot and noisy. I was aware from reading reviews but there was a limited selection of affordable accommodations with the race. A fan and earplugs were provided which helped. The rooms either looked out on the train tracks on one side or tram tracks on the other. I was traveling with family who stayed in the same property and their rooms were larger on the tram side of the building.

Great location for LeMans race. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and there was a washer/ dryer available - only one but it could be reserved. The iron was in the laundry room. The kitchenette was convenient for morning coffee. Pizza was available and delivered hot to the room.

If you’re going by car, the hotel is hard to find. It is not on the main road, the sign is not visible and the guiding for the parking is not clear.

Well located next to the train station and stores. The room was clean. Nice breakfast.

We like the best location of the Appart'City Le Mans Centre. We easy arrived from Gare du Le Mans and also suitable to take the trains to almost nice points of the Le Mans.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience my family and I had during our stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by a significant issue in the room assigned to us. Upon entering the room, we were immediately confronted with a strong and persistent tobacco smoke smell, indicating that the space had been subjected to smoking for an extended period. Despite our expectations of a clean and comfortable environment, it was evident that the room had not been adequately cleaned to eliminate this pervasive odor. Regrettably, our attempts to address this concern with the hotel staff proved unhelpful. I promptly informed the receptionist about the issue upon our arrival, but, to our dismay, we were not offered an alternative room. This oversight resulted in a highly uncomfortable stay for both my family and me. I am disheartened by the lack of immediate action taken to remedy the situation, especially considering the potential health implications associated with prolonged exposure to tobacco smoke.

The accommodation is sandwiched between the tram line and the main train station lines. We tried to turn down the thermostat for the room, which was showing 32 degrees, but it wasn’t possible to do so. So you had to keep the window fully open to try to keep cool, yes the room had a fan, but with trains passing 24/7 it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. The area around the hotel has become run down and in need of a major face lift.

The accommodation if booked in advance, have there own parking bays under the hotel, which is much cheaper than using the train station car park and safer. With the tram stop being right outside the hotel, it is much much much safer at night returning from the old part of town were the majority of the good bars and restaurants are located.
