The room smelled a little like it hadn't been aired out in a while. The hotel is being renovated at the moment, but we weren't too inconvienced.

The receptionist was very welcoming and customer friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious. There was a game room available which was nice. There are restaurants and Velizy 2 shopping center nearby. Public transportation is nearby as well, including the tramway T6 and bus stops.

it is not clear at all to find the hotel. there are inaccurate information reg. address. the GPS could not locate the hotel. we booked a parking, but it is not in the same building, which was not indicated from hotel/Booking.

The quality of rooms, facilities are very good. Its a new installation. Very comfortable! Location is calm and quite, with plenty of stores, restaurants and a large shopping center. Parking is convenient.

1. The general cleanliness and hygiene of carpet. One of the bins smelled strong of cigarette buts. 2.Although the Apartment had clearly indicated that their paid parking is for cars under 1.8m, I had to struggle to find a vacant street parking space for my mini-van which was 2m high. Not the apartment's fault but a general instruction for other guests arriving in a high vehicle.

1. Space in the 1 bedroom apartment was very goof. It also had a sofa bed. 2. Complementary breakfast was included which was the usual style which you get in Paris..All processed foods. The warm Croissant was yummy..at par with a Boulangerie 3. There was water filter at reception. Very handy for people who would like to refill their own water bottles 4. The apartment is next to a military air base, so be prepared for loud thundering sound of military jets. You can also get a clear visual of jets taking off, which was very exciting for me.

No one/Nowhere to leave my key card safely when I left at 05:00 am and no hints on what to do. Other than that everything was fine and worked well.

Decent sized bathroom was a nice change from the normal small ones. The kitchen bed etc were fine. It was quiet and easy to get to on the tram. The red in the hallways was interesting decour.

First The deposit and refund policy . second is the limited cooking utensils for long stay customers. you have to go buy the utensils yourself.

Their policy on 900 euro deposit for a stay beyond 28days is wrong, dissatisfactory and bad policy especially when it cannot be refunded until 4 weeks after checking out. Their current Director argued and quarreled with customers. Their receptionist are so friendly.

Would be nice to have more equipment for the kitchen like dish, cup of coffe, galss, spoon&fork and knife with 4 set in stead of 2 set.

Nice staff and helpfull, the hotel is not so far from Paris, could reach Paris in 25 minutes, and very close to Versailles with drive 12 minute, good destination between Paris and Versailles, restaurant near by like Hamburger rastaurant, Mexican food, French restaurant and bakery. No parking on the street, the parking of the hotel is another building but you can reach the hotel easy from the parking underground with the lift and walk 20 step to the hotel.

Location was a bit in the suburbs.....however could catch the tram and subway into Paris, but it took approx. 1 hr.

There was no room to dry dishes in the kitchenette. The bathroom was getting smelly from ventilation from other apartments. The room had visible signs of water infiltration from the shower in the bathroom. There were some holes in the shower silicone insulation that seemed easily fixable.

The bed was comfortable. The room was big enough. The apartment was quiet and close to public transportation.

The apartment has some construction problems, the toilet too near to the wall, carpet everywhere, can't be cleaned accurately. Some broken light bulbs. Kitchen is not well-equipped.

Good price-value rate, good location near the tram and the buses. Comfortable beds.
