Lack of maintenance the washing machine did not work. The toilet bowl was not fitted properly to the floor and moved the TV cable did not work.

The department was central easy access to the Metro and buses. Apartment was clean, though it needs some maintenance. There are three flights of stairs to the apartment.

If you are not used to climbing high stairs - this can cause problems, because there is no elevator.

Sofa bed was poor quality. Front door bolts did not close properly so felt a bit unsafe. Crack in bedroom window. Bedding was not made up. Noisy neighbours.

Very small bathroom, toilette is in the very narrow place. Smell was not good. Properties surfaces is very used. All corners were dirty. Cold and creaking floor. Cupboard drawers were dusty. There is no table and chairs for sitting to have dinner.

Excellent location. Also was available heating. In the kitchen almost all what need for simple cooking.

It is a typical Parisiense flat (old building, no lift, creaking floor etc.) which is ok. General maintenance and cleanliness could be improved a lot.

Location is unquestionably the greatest asset of this apartment. Subway station is just across the street and several shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

There was very heavy air freshener being used in the bathroom, perhaps to cover some other smell. But I still really liked the apartment and would choose to stay there next time I visit Paris as I think it's good value for money.

Location was better than expected and apartment was much lighter and more beautiful than the pictures reflected. Collection of keys was seamless and it was super helpful that we didn't have to meet anyone to be let in and could simply use the lock box

window in bedroom was cracked and didn’t appear to be properly fitted to the frame, causing significant concerns for the safety of my young children. bathroom smelt like sewage at times. fridge was turned off when we arrived… I am on medication that requires refrigeration and as we didn’t realise the fridge was off until the next day, my medicine was compromised and we also lost about 30 euro of food that had to be thrown out. when I raised all of this to the owner, he brushed me off and didn’t address anything other than the bathroom odour. this apartment would likely suit an individual or a couple who want a great location to stay in but are not too concerned with the facilities of the apartment.

Apartment is in bad conditions. Everything is fixed on tape ( literally ). Wet towels in bathroom ( we didn’t understand if they were clean or just left from previous guests so found another dry set in the bedroom . Washing mashing was loaded with clothes or bedding 👀 fridge was not cleaned ( with sticky shelf’s ). This apartment needs to be cleaned properly . Deep cleaning and good cleaning after each guest ! Host was nice and helpful ! Location was very good near to metro ! Just that feeling that everything is dirty doesn’t allow me to recommend it

The service was very nice, clean apartment presented like new. Everything worked completely fine and didn't have a single issue throughout my entire stay. Also its set in a perfect location for tourists and anyone who just wants to see paris

We Hello we stayed at the hotel for 1 day. However, we had difficulty finding the hotel. the navigation does not show the hotel. we found his location by giving the address to the taxi. it says the door number. unfortunately, the hotel name is not written. .

the facility was adequate and clean. it may be preferable for a few days.
