We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicFor someone who cant eat gluten, its kinda hard to eat there. Also I was exptecting something cooked/warm, at least one thing, for example scrambled eggs or sausages, whatever. The wc had broken flush and there really isnt a sufficient amount of outlets.
The location is amazing. The room was kinda clear and the beds were comfortable. The man at the reception was very nice, I was nicely surprised he talked in english with us and also was very co-operative to make us the invoice for boss.

LebanonIt is mentioned on the website that check out is until 12h00 but we were locked out of our room at 11h30. Managed to get back in to get our stuff. Lobby and common areas were a bit messy. No place to leave your luggage after check out.
Good location in the 15 arrondissement with lots of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Metro station is a 7 mins walk. The rooms were ok for the price and the location. Overall it was okay 👍🏻

Friendly receptionist, room (5th floor) was easily accessible by a lift. Perfectly adequate room for a stay where minimum time spent in it. Area of hotel is close to Metro, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Feels a safe area.

IndiaBreakfast was pathetic, either have more options to eat or reduce the price. Rooms were clean but other common areas were not. Overall ok, as we booked in the last minute this was the best deal we got for the price. Wifi didnt work at all. there was no connection in the rooms, only at the reception.
We stayed as family of 5 people including 1 kid in 2 separate double rooms. Even though the hotel is very old and bad condition but the staff tried his best to make us comfortable and was friendly. No complaint to the staff. The first impression of the hotel is disappointing, staff did his best to make us comfortable. The rooms were small and clingy but clean. We opted for the breakfast and the staff told us that it will be continental but we were very disappointed with the breakfast, had only breads, milk, coffee and butter, definitely not worth 9 euros. Lastly, the wifi doesnt work.

NetherlandsThe quality of the stuff wasn't that great like yeah the room was relatively small and the pillows + mattress weren't of the highest quality but overall I think it wasn't THAT bad.
We didn't try the breakfast but overall the experience at the hotel was really nice. The Location was quite close to multiple metro stations and we were able to move across the whole city very flexibly. The room itself was rather clean and we had our towels and garbage changed once in the 3 days we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to giving us the room.

The location it’s very convenient to reach to the center of Paris. Good restaurants around, super markets etc. It’s clean and hot water shower anytime available. Staff knows English they can guide well.

LuxembourgObviously the hotel is not new and it has not been renewed in a while. Plugs were on the other side of the bed, which is quite annoying. If you look in the corners or behind the pipes you can see dust quite clearly. Attention: the worst thing of the 2 days happened during check-out when we asked to leave the luggage for some hours in reception and they asked 12€ for that ...really???
Good location close to metro, buses, restaurants, shops, etc. The room had a pretty good mattress and also very good windows for noise isolation. In general, it is a 2- stars hotel in Paris...so it is what it is.
