They changed us the breakfast without asking and when I mentioned we didn’t have the breakfast included the lady who checked us in said they usually changed it automatically because usually guests want it. I didn’t really like this behaviour but apart from this our stay was excellent.

Very friendly service. Even though we arrived too late for dinner service at the restaurant, they prepared us a lovely meal of cheese, bread and cold cuts. The breakfast was first rate and the rooms very comfortable. Stongly recommend.

Our room was a bit small and the window was high up. Slightly disappointing as it was meant to be a superior room.

The location in a small village was ideal for exploring the Alsace region. The breakfast was fine and restaurant ( when open) OK.

Nothing much. A kettle in the room would have come in handy.

Convenient location for cars (and in my case bikes). Very good restaurant. I took the Demi-pension option with a fixed dinner menu. Food was very good and next time I might want to explore a la carte.

Slow WIFI. We have traveled to Alsace over the years and always enjoyed the cuisine. Regrettably we found the hotel cuisine to be mediocre at best. That is only a snapshot of 2 evening meals and may not be a fair assessment. Nonetheless we would stay again at the hotel but would take our evening meal elsewhere. Alternately we would consider staying half pension at €40 supplement. Contrary to the usual experience the daily pension menus looked more appealing than the tired very limited a la carte options.

Well appointed comfortable and clean modern room. Charming dining area. Free on site parking. Very good breakfast at €13.50 supplement per person. Staff professional and courteous. Good location to access tourist attractions.

Well it is a 3 star hotel, so the bathroom is old fashioned, walls of the room are paper thin, hence carry every sound, room size is small and standard.

I like the fact that the rating and facilities offered are exactly what it says. The staff is nice and friendly and even went out of the way to accommodate when we asked after the restaurant hours if we could have some drinks. The hotel rooms are super clean, warm and cozy, bathroom is quite spacious and they have a nice restaurant. The location is excellent and within 3 mins you can reach Riquewihr, 15 mins you can reach Colmar. Surrounded by hills, vineyards and pretty Alsace villages this is ideal for stay.

Perfect location to visit the christmas market of requiwier. Nice place to stay, clean and warm. Good dinner and friendy staff. We had as well the breakfast and was really good ( optimum croissants)
