Proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The family room had a tiny bunk bed-room which gave a bit of sound control. There was a small amount of private parking that we were able to use. I

Decor is a little dated, but functional and clean. And only 8 parking spaces, 4 of which are under a tree where I think the biggest birds who make the biggest poops live! Bring a bucket and sponge!

Breakfast was great, staff were incessantly helpful, and the location could not be better.

The building is of older construction so it has a distinct smell. Internal sounds (upstairs) are louder than external noises (party goers on beach)

Location! And the Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The AC also is strong so you feel nice and cool. Despite being the 2nd room from the corner facing the beach and nightlife, it was pretty quiet both Friday and Saturday night.

The advertisement includes a private car park, but they don't mention until a week before your booking in an email that there are only a very limited number of carparks that belong to the hotel and even those are on the street. It was also advertised as a room with a balcony and on the seafront. Our balcony was above a busy restaurant and it is on the side of the hotel, so one person can face the sea, the other is with the back. We paid extra to have a nicer bathroom, but it was very small with the toilet in it, there was no air vent in the bathroom, so every time we left the room for half a day and came back, the whole room was very humid and damp. Overall, we were disappointed in the the experience, but I understand that we should've done a better research before we booked. We wanted a classic seaside experience and not the one with the bazar and loud bars.

The positive aspect was the staff. They were excellent. When I missed lactose-free milk alternative from the breakfast, they provided some for the following morning. They were always smiling, kind and helpful.

Noisy for us ( location was close to a large restaurant where they played loud music until 1:30-2:00am, windows were not enough soundproof), no fridge in the room (i was expecting this for the price we payed), the glass protection from the bathtube not well isolated the water which was dripping on the bathroom floor - no sewage on the floor which lead to an unpleasant smell in the bathroom

We were a party of 6 and we had a wonderful holiday here. Location could not have been better - very close to beach, shops, supermarket and a wide range of restaurants. The hotel staff were brilliant - cheerful, friendly and very helpful. They gave us detailed information about local travel arrangements including bus timetables, contacted taxis for us and assisted in the search for a lost passport. The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of fresh fruit, cheese, cold meats, yoghurts and eggs. Nearby beach night life was lively.

Nothing to complain about. Its was a very simple room with the basics, we spent most of the day out so it didn't matter.

The staff were incredible, so helpful and kind. We were on our honeymoon in Argeles for the first 5 days of our trip and they kindly upgraded our room for us ❤️ Its also THE BEST positioned hotel in the town, no exaggeration. Even though the area is very busy, you can't hear anything in your room, very sound proof. We 100% will stay there again if we go back to the Argeles

it Would have been good to have drinks making facilities. Also the bar across from the hotel played loud music until 2am in the morning. Impossible to sleep without ear plugs. Children’s bedroom was like a cupboard. Wifi signal was very poor in our room. Would expect a much higher standard for the price.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely view of the beach. Good location to get to everything. Very comfortable bed.
