Room was extremely small, hard to move around, no chair to sit in, inside stairway had the light on all night which shone through the windows.

5 minute walk to subway and next street over had many little shops, grocery stores and choice of restaurants. Breakfast had a nice selection of choices. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Our room was tiny but it was not really a big deal. Also, the Eiffel tower was the easiest thing to access otherwise everything was a long commute.

We could see the Eiffel tower from our window :) staff was helpful and nice and the hotel is 15 minutes walking from the Eiffel tower.

Very loud in rooms, sounded like furniture being moved in room above and could hear doors slamming all through the floor. Put clothes in the wardrobe with doors shut but they got wet from condensation, I think due to the room being so small and close to the bathroom.

Great location, right near great cafes/bakery and restaurants. Could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the bathroom window.

We booked the room with an Eiffel Tower view but it was blocked by scaffolding and the windows were covered with white block out plastic. It was very disappointing. Our room was very small so having no windows was very suffocating. We ended up removing the plastic which I'm sure annoyed the workmen who kept replacing it each morning. Also a bad smell from the chemicals thry were using on thr fascade. The renovations were a complete surprise. It would have been better to be pre-warned. They would have known before we arrived. It will be good now that it's done.

I would have loved more space in my room and in the elevator. But I guess I got what I paid for. Lol.

Warm reception at check-in. I arrived in the morning but i was allowed to check-in immediately. This was a beautiful surprise. Good variety at breakfast. Great location and within walking distance to the tourist sights. My room had all the necessary toiletries except toothpaste.

The welcome tray was very, very basic with one T bag and one instant coffee sachet each. On asking for a further top up we were told that it was their policy to charge for extra. We were reluctantly given another two!!!!!!!

The location was excellent, close to many major sights and well within walking distance. Although the room was quite small, it was comfortable just the same. Didn’t partake in hotel breakfast, however walk a block or two from hotel and you have a choice of many restaurants.

Location was excellent as I did want to be close to Rue Cler, Eiffel Tower, and Seine. It was easy walking to all of these locations. My room had a peek-view of the Eiffel Tower - the top section, but I was able to see the twinkling lights. The room was a little warm as it had been a warm October in Paris. So, with the windows open, it was a little noisier due to street noise and people out on a Saturday night - but it wasn't terrible and I was able to still sleep well. The room was small but cosy, there was a tiny elevator, and front desk staff were nice and helpful.
