The room was clean an comfortable. You can open windows for fresh air. Great to have plenty of restaurants around. Safe clean area. Enjoyed our stay.

Very small , shower is very small too

Its clean and easy access to the metro, restaurant and bar near by.

The location was close to the metro and a good area to launch off to other parts of the city.

Basic room, kind of tattered in places (skirting boards, tiles etc). Small bedroom space. The elevator is extremely small, we were lucky to fit two of us in with 2 10kg bags.

Good location beside a metro stop and plenty restaurants around to grab food. Not much else happening in the area. Staff were really nice and friendly. The bed was comfortable. Good wifi

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Always happy to help and give advice.

The only bad thing about the rooms was the lack of air conditioning which in turn made it quite noisy overnight sleeping with windows open with the amount of traffic and sirens going on outside. Apart from that it was ideal.

The location was great, very close to Les Jardins du Luxembourg and Paris Catacombs and easy access to the rest of the city on the metro. The receptionists were all very kind and helpful and the rooms and beds were very comfortable.

Nothing that should stop you from booking here, but the bathroom was a bit small and could have used a coat of paint, as there was some flakiness, and as it is near an intersection there are some noise.

Recommend 100% Great location with just 2 minutes show walk to the metro that takes you directly/1 switch to most attractions. Big plus that you can take the metro directly from CDG. The beds are comfortable and the staff nice. The area felt safe and had some great options for dinner and drinks

Small room and bathroom. Not a lot of space for suitcases or toiletries. Difficult to control temperate in room with radiator.

The hotel is well situated and just walk by from the nearest metro ( Port Royal ). It’s a good value and staffs are amazing. Kudos to Gabriel and Hubert as they are very helpful with our requests.

There was only 1 room available for a party of 3, which was in the loft. You need to be careful with headroom.

All the staff was very polite! The room wasn’t so big, but it was enough for a couple. Every day they cleaned the room and supply us with instant coffee. The location is great - just a few steps from the RER station. A lot of restaurants in the area.

Noisy location (nearby large hospital) and the walls are very thin.

Doors allowed so much noise to come in, could hear others talking in their rooms. Doors don’t close properly so you have to slam them. Room was smaller than expected.

Centrally situated, view of the city, nice staff.

This is a good place to stay at. Great value for the money.

The only complaint was the noise outside the hotel room it was loud at night but not unbearable nothing to the fault of the hotel.

The property was lovely the staff were very friendly throughout the stay, the rooms were cleaned to an exceptional standard every morning and the hotel was quiet. They had water and snacks available throughout the day which was a lovely touch. The hotel was in a superb location right next to the train station going to all locations and was in walking distance if you enjoy walking to all the main monuments (45 mins) . I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough for someone who’s looking for an affordable stay in superb location.

This accomodation is really value for money, the staff were extremely polite and made our stay more pleasant, our room was cleaned every single day. The location was central and everything was easily accessible via public transportation.
