The sofa and the sofa pillows were not so clean. You can see the years of usage. There was no bathroom amenities, no slipper which are expected from a high prices 4 star hotel.

The curtains were broken so I had to pin them shut and the air conditioner controller had no cover and looked broken and dirty.

The customer service. Wonderful front desk help, quick taxis, room service was good. Overall a wonderful experience.

My 1st night was in a regular room, 5th floor and it does require refurbishment, like badly. No proper lights in the bathroom (broken), no hairdryer (broken), wallpapers are dirty in some places, the ac works loud and doesn’t feel fresh, carpets have spots.. However I was granted a better room the next day, and all went fine

The best thing about hotel is definitely location. Close to metro, downtown and sights, and there are different cafes around

There was not even a complimentary water from the hotel. Minibar is crazy expensive and only has one of each drink. So when coming with a partner you have to drink seperate drinks. No kettle to boil water for child.

The AC was shut off due to winter period, they said. However it was very warm outside for the time. So we had to have the window open during the evening and night. However, the sound from the outside street was very loud with cars, honking, people shouting etc. So had a hard time sleeping. It was very warm in the room even with the radiator turned off. The breakfast was very poor and small for the price you had to pay. Very few options to choose from like bread, toppings etc. Luckily we didn’t include breakfast in the booking. No iron or board in the room. Very odd. We got a newly renovated room so it was very clean and nice. Bed was perhaps a little hard, but still comfortable.

Wry nice location and close to two train stations that took us to easily to the most common attractions. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast coffee awful, tasteless and tepid from a thermos unless one especially asked for one from the bar coffee machine. The bed mattress was very hard so I slept badly. This would be enough to stop me staying there again.

In my past employment, I frequently chose the Hôtel Bedford for my work-related stays in Paris. I believed it would be delightful to revisit the same boutique hotel when traveling to Paris with my family, primarily because of the following reasons: the hotel's convenient proximity to various Parisian attractions, the friendly and accommodating staff who consistently went the extra mile to provide assistance, with a special acknowledgment to Ludwig!

Coffee not ready until EXACTLY 630am, never a minute sooner… no coffee or water in the lobby… charged for coffee in the morning from restaurant and then recharged for it again at breakfast

Location was good.. room was not good at first but staff quickly accommodated … friendliest bellhop we have ever seen , young guy not sure of name… the manager was very nice as well

There are no shoehorn in the room. I was disappointed because it is just a simple and ordinary piece of furniture that in my opinion must be. I was struggling to put my shoes on without a shoehorn. Also there are no slippers, that should be as well. I don’t expect to find a bathrobe in a 4* hotel, but slippers should be.
