We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent location and exceptional service! We stayed at this hotel for just one night, but it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location is simply perfect: right next to the waterfront, surrounded by various shops, cafes, and restaurants. This allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the city's atmosphere. But what really sets this hotel apart is the friendly staff. I especially want to mention Natalia, who not only provided us with full information about local attractions and excursions but also showed us all the amenities of the hotel. When we returned in the evening from our walk, soaking wet from the rain, the guy at the reception helped us dry our clothes and also provided access to the sauna. It was unexpectedly pleasant and very valuable after a long day. We are grateful to all the staff for their care and attention to us. If we find ourselves in Cannes again, we will undoubtedly choose this hotel for our stay. We were satisfied with our short but bright stay, and we are sure that next time our stay will be longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
