The reception service can be significantly improved. We had a couple of issues in our flat and they were never fixed. It seems as it was the beginning of the season and they were not ready to offer a full service.

The facilites were great, with plenty of space and everything you need when you travel with a young family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. The location is perfect: away from the noise, but very close to town and all amenities. I would definitely recommend.

It was quite shabby. The carpets were grubby, the floor and kitchen tiles were chipped and broken. The balcony door did not close without a lot of effort. The sinks and bath stoppers were broken. The safe we was not fixed to the wall so could have been taken. Reception was staffed only for a few hours in the morning and the evening and had no contact number in case of emergencies.

Excellent location within walking distance of the ocean, the market, the supermarket, shops, bars, and restaurants. Check-in was seamless and the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly and spoke English, which was such a bonus. They were able to ask any questions asked.

Badly cracked floor tiles, tired bathroom and area where the bunkbeds like an alcove - pretty basic overall for the cost. We have stayed in much smarter places in France for a lot less.

Reception desk is closed for four hours in the middle of the day. Hairdryer in the bathroom doesn't really work, front desk loaned a second hairdryer which wasn't much better (bring your own if you have long hair!). All the channels didn't work on the TV, but that doesn't matter there are other things to do!

Central, peaceful location, very friendly, helpful staff, large rooms, excellent kitchen. A bit dated, but that is fine. Large veranda. Great light-blocking screen in the bedroom.

The lift was a bit slow. No entry 'phone or any way of calling the receptionist on first arrival.

Young receptionist spoke perfect English and was helpful, friendly and efficient. The apartment was a good size with well equipped kitchen, good bath and a very good comfortable bed.

The location is perfect, right in the middel of the city, the staff is very friendly, helpfull and attentive! Our room had a Nice balcony facing garden.

Our rooms, kitchen and bathroom were perfectly clean, but the bath tub had a big rust stain in the middle, the basin was cracked and lots of floor tiles were also cracked. The door frames were slightly damaged. Overall the look was a bit tired but this did not bother us.

The residence is in a strategic location in Biarritz, in walking distance of a bakery, the covered market, a supermarket, and the beaches. The small but perfectly equipped kitchenette gave us the flexibility of eating in sometimes. The bus stop is 5 min walking distance, which allows one to explore the area with an easy to use ticket system, the bus also takes one to the train station.
