We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe older lady on reception/ in the restaurant was not very friendly or helpful-younger ladies were. The menu in the restaurant was very limited ie there was no meat dish. What has happened to the excellent salad buffets that Campaniles used to have?
Easy to find as out of town but close enough to make access to the port simple and quick. Comfortable, well decorated room. Good shower. Free parking.

United KingdomOn the Saturday night we stayed there was only a buffet available which was a little over-priced for what it was. In another Campanile we stayed in previously a full menu was available also on a Saturday evening which was very good.
Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was easy to access and close to St Malo for the ferry.

United KingdomAmazed to find the whole operation for us and other guests was overseen by just I staff member. Hats off to her, everything ran like clockwork, but a little disconcerting to think what would happen if it hadn't or an accident of sorts had put her out of commission.
Overnight stay for ferry. Located just off of the road to the port. Gated car parking. Resturant on site offered reasonable buffet and we were able to get a decent night's sleep. Early start was no trouble for manager.

United KingdomThe time for booking in between morning and evening could have been extended. Receptionist on arrival was confused about the booking, and my French is not very good. No mention of stairs to a lot of the rooms. Despite a McDonalds very near, no where for a good evening meal within walking distance. Only a small buffet available on site. Found a Pizza Restaurant which was very nice. Pity there was minimal amount of room refreshment stock in the room. no doubt you could get more from reception.
Everything was available, very clean, quality of food was good. In our rooms there was refreshment available. Good parking.
