You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

United KingdomThe second bedroom was a joke, approximately 3m by 3m, with the bed in place that left 3m by 1m usable space!! Completely impractical for two adults, one had to leave the room to allow the other to get ready. Air con - the listing states mobile air con. What this means is 3 industrial size units, venting into the windows with some Velcro and sellotape contraption! The units were ineffective, far too noisy to leave running whilst sleeping, which made the parent, and the second bedroom unbearably warm. If you leave the window open, the noise from the street stops you sleeping. The apartment has built in air con, but for some reason that is not functioning. If the hosts are serious they should get this repaired. The Carpets are dirty / threadbare.
Location was good. Apartment felt secure. Cleanliness not quite up to scratch, especially around the kitchen and shower room.

United KingdomThe building air conditioning wasn’t working and there were huge and noisy standing units in the three main rooms which required the windows to be open (which is also noisy at night). Should have been made clear at the time of booking. the apartment is also very dark and sparsely furnished. not at all homely.
