Building work from next door was very noisy and started quite early in the morning. We raised this with reception and they did speak to the hotel next and thankfully they started later in the morning the next day

We had a very nice stay at Joe M. Beautiful room with balcony had a view of Eiffel Tower! The location is really good, you can walk or use the metro which is close to the hotel. I really recommend:)

The walls were very thin, but didn’t bother us as we were hardly in the room. The bathroom doors don’t fully close which isn’t great when staying with friends. Wish the room was the same as the photos with 2 windows, it only had 1 which made it a bit darker. Also wish the mirror was in a better place than behind the door. However, these elements didn’t effect our stay, we still had an amazing time and loved it!

Loved the location, between a few metro stops. Gorgeous aesthetic, we loved the balcony! Perfect vibe for myself and my friend.

Strange loud buzzing sound that came intermittently in the room. Maybe from the air conditioning/ventilation. Woke me up in the night so had to use ear plugs.

Great location and well connected to public transport. Lots of restaurants, bars and grocery stores on your doorstep. Lovely clean room and friendly helpful staff! They also had free coffee and refreshments in the lobby.

The service was excellent ! Amazing room which we got upgraded to one with a balcony which was lovely. Very clean and great spot in Paris. Breakfast was a lovely buffet which definitely fulfilled our needs.

The room with the balcony was quite noisy. The elevator was tiny, maximum fit of two people and no luggage.

We really liked the aesthetics of the hotel. Staff was very very polite, always eager to help. We enjoyed the coffee machine together with the coffee capsules that were available in the room. The room was clean and the hotel was located in quite a central spot.

Only issue which is very minor is the size of the lift, plus I wouldn’t advertise the room as overlooking a courtyard.

The spa is expensive for what it offers - could be cheaper and way more guests would use it.

The hotel is great - it was my third stay and it's always a good choice.

Rooms are really very small; there is almost no light in the room (artificial one is not strong, and one tiny window is facing the inner "walls"); doors are thin, so you can hear when anyone is passing by (we were lucky and there were not much noise, but we'd hear everything if it was)

Very friendly staff; rooms were always clean; breakfast is simple but sufficient for my taste (although for this price - 18 euros, I'd recommend eating in a Parisian cafe); location is convenient

Be warned. The walls and ceilings paper thin. Every foot step, conversation, and phone vibration could be heard. Ear plugs are required if you are a sensitive sleeper.
