Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This lets us know that our reviews come from real guests, like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or quiet room than someone who’s stayed at the property before?
We want you to share your story, both the good and the bad. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinion and experiences, which are critical in helping guests make well-informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, and are treated with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we will post every comment in full and as quickly as possible, provided the guidelines are met. We will also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.
We will use the same guidelines and standards for all user-generated content as well as the property replies to that content.

These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

눇Superb room looking onto the courtyard garden which had the afternoon sun. Excellent pick up service from the port. Ideal for an evening stroll to the prot if not eating in the hotel restaurant.

눉1. when entering the room we found out a leakage of water in the basin tap in the shower room as well as used shampoo bottles.Although it was fixed quite quickly by the stuff it should not have happened in an establishment of such high quality. Also there should be found a way to have WI-FI services in the rooms also and not only in the public areas.

눉The price suggested that this would be a luxury hotel but in fact, we felt that we were paying for the novelty of being in the corner of a museum.

눇Impeccable! Great location, great view, great interior design, great service, great food in restaurant. It is just one of the most worth-the-money hotels I have ever stayed.

눉No wifi other than reception area and no proper area for guests to sit to catch up on emails etc.
눇Comfortable room, if somewhat basic compared to the generality of hotels at this price. The restaurant was excellent but prices reflect the location. good buffet breakfast but slow to replenish if busy.

눉At breakfast the staff was really nice too, but I was a bit disappointed: not enough variety and the quality was good, not excellent, which contrasts with everything else in this hotel.
눇The views. Everywhere. The view from the room window. The history. The wonderful work done turning a historic building into a hotel, with taste. Crossing a drawbridge with your car! The kindness of the reception staff. The privacy and the attention to details in the room.

눇It was a privilege to stay in such a historic location, which has been restored in keeping with its history. No glitz. Comforts, yes, but only when compatible with the original buildings. We overlooked the courtyard, which was delightful, and in our view more interesting than looking over the sea.
