1. Shower is in bathtub. 2. Room gets very cold, central heating not so strong. Probably good for summer!

Great location with many restaurants, bars, shops. 4. 2-minute walk to the river and old town. 5. Helpful and friendly staff. 6. Free subscription to PressReader. 7. Water in shower really hot and with lots of pressure. 8. AC for better heating and cooling. 9. Hotel and apartment are very clean!

There is a small homeless "community" set up right outside the front door. This didn't bother us but I can see where it might put some people off. The room was very utilitarian - nothing on the walls, plain floors. It really could have used a bit of warmth and colour. However, if you are visiting Lyon, you really shouldn't be spending loads of time in your room!

Very centrally located and right next to one of the main food streets. Check in was easy and while the décor was spartan at best, the bed was comfortable and the refrigerator was appreciated.

Great location in Lyon centre, close to shopping, restaurants and the Sunday market. Kitchenette is very useful for making breakfast etc.

The water pressure in the shower was low but adequate.

The location was very good - easy to walk around Lyon, including the Presqu'ile area, old town and new town. In the heart of the restaurant and shopping district but quiet and comfortable. The staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. It was possible to do washing in the hotel using an app and paying per load. The bed was comfortable and the small table and kitchenette were fine.

Little things to improve. Kitchen: the knobs for the heating plates are a bit difficult to handle, the numbers around the knobs are mostly erased. Parking: it looks like there is some possibility of using a parking through the hotel but I did not see any offer when booking the room.

Mostly everything was perfect. This time we used the possibility of cooking our own food everyday, and this was very convenient. The dish washer provided with capsules is a great addition. We had a very nice check-in at the reception desk. The double-glass window was great to isolate from the street noise at night, while the view on the animated little plaza and street below is always warmful (and, for me, full of memories since I grew up about 75 meters from the hotel location :)).

Everything was wonderful as always.

The standard one bedroom apartment was the perfect size to give each of us space and comfort. It was the ideal home base to enjoy the Fete de Lumieres!

The room was unfortunately not very clean and the room was left with not enough towels and toilet paper. The mattress didn't have a "topper" which made sleeping uncomfortable and was honestly pretty unhygienic. Unfortunately, there was an extensive homeless encampment (Tents, makeshift walls) right in front of the entrance - the hotel has no control over this but it was still a bit off-putting.

The hotel was easy to find and very central. The location was perfect. The employees were very nice and the check-in process was easy and uncomplicated. The shops and restaurants are all very close. The room had a nice kitchen and was very spacious.

Would prefer walk in shower. Shower over bath would not put me off staying again. Safety deposit box broken.

Modern, good size, in a central location. Comfy bed and large fridge freezer. Very quiet and clean. Free water and coffee available. Nice little touches such as cloth, fairy liquid, dishwasher tablets, shower gel etc Staff friendly and helpful. Room ready before check in at 3pm. Would stay again.
