Our needs in apartments are quite simple so we didn't find anything particularly annoying. Even the TV worked perfectly without the need for those ridiculous boxes found in many Paris apartments

The Montparnasse area suits us well. The location has become more difficult with the collapse of the Bus-Direct from CDG Airport to Montarnasse requiring the use of the RER to Denfet Rochereau and a taxi. The location on Avenue du Maine was convenient to the Paris Metro and supermarkets and of course to the numerous cafes and restaurants in the Montparnasse Gaite area. The bed was a king sized and comfortable. The first room for one night was on the street and noisy so we were moved to the rear to a bigger room with a courtyard view and it was very quiet. We both slept well

Too noisy. Windows don't seal out cold air. Heater stopped in the middle of the night and the room got really cold. Very poor breakfast.

Smaller than it looked in pictures paint chipped off on the walls around the windows, made the room look less clean Windows sometimes got stuck when we opened it

Location was fantastic, close to city so you could walk, but close to Metro. Room and Bed were good for EU standards (but on the small size for compared to Australian hotels). Hotel was secure and safe.

A small side table by bed could have been nice but I’m nitpicking

I booked the small studio. Awesome location, room has everything you need, comfy bed, good coffee and nice staff. They let me keep the luggage in storage all day on my check out day so I could explore. Kitchenette well equipped, bathroom had good space for storage. Metro steps away, and it’s 3 minutes from montparnasse station. Lively area with great restaurants, and a supermarket 2 doors down.

There was nothing to dislike. Perhaps the location isn't particularly attractive, but it's very convenient for the metro and the station.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the place clean, tidy and quiet. The room was a decent size and provided basic but adequate kitchen facilities (a couple of supermarkets are only a short walk away).

We walked for like 10 minutes from the metro (we came here from Paris de Lyon station). Maybe we got out from the wrong exit?

Near to Montparnasse SCNF station. very convenient. (If you plan to go to St. Michel in the early morning it's the station you need to depart from). Free coffee and hot chocolate everyday. Nice bathtub, I took a nice hot bath to relax after a long journey)

eclairage: I would have appreciated individual reading lamps for each bed so I could read when my friend was asleep. I was lucky to have my head torch which I used for that purpose

The location was excellent. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel not too big. The sound insulation between room was excellent. the kitchenette had every thing we needed.

We stayed there for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned at all during this time. Also, the studio we stayed in did not have a proper bed; it was more like a sofa bed that was not very comfortable, especially for taller people.

The hotel has a great location with really easy access to trains/metro and the staff was very nice and polite.
