The floor in my room was not very clean, there was a lot of hair in the bathroom and the room floor plus a lot of hair on the bedding too. I had to request a vacuum cleaner in order for me to clean my room to a satisfactory standard.

The hotel is well presented and the breakfast area is nice and clean with very good breakfast available.

N/A, everything was great.

Everything was great from top to bottom - Value was great for the size of the room, i was alone but easily spacious enough for a couple/family. Breakfast was 7-11am which is perfect if you are an early riser or want to sleep in, and had good selection. Very near to the city center (<5 mins walking), especially if you're taking the train for day trips along the south coast like i did.

No vegetables during the breakfast :( The coffee was not tasty. In the room there is a Nespresso machine, but cups are too big to fit in it.

The rooms are clinical and could use a bit more colour or decorations

The Hotel is well situated in the centre of Cannes not far from the seaside and Festival Centre and also many good restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is a + as it has good quality food. Overall great stay.

Everything was great. Would be great if parking were included but am very satisfied we have secure parking in the basement of the hotel.

This hotel was great for any kind of traveler. The location was great, the breakfast was outstanding. The room was spacious and well designed. I shared the room with my adult daughter with two beds and we were both very comfortable. The service and staff were good and helpful!

Great selection at the breakfast, freshly renovated. City is very walkable from that location! Let's add more baguette varieties :) 🥖 A small spa would lift this up to phenomenal quality.

The best hotel I ever had on this segment ! It was exceptional and the staff were very friendly. The area of the room was great, the bed very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The best was the toilet separated to the shower.

Only issue was the new shower tray tended to leak out into the bathroom but it is a minor detail.

The new rooms are absolutely perfect for what we wanted. It was super modern and clean with great appliances. Very Spacious also which was nice.

Fully renovated! Everything is brand new. Nice and fresh design. Very good location. Friendly and kind staff. I recommend the place.

Properly welcoming the guests should be a basic skill of every receptionist. All visitors appreciate that. This was our first time in Cannes and we asked for a city map. After reluctantly looking for it, one young lady at the front desk explained that she does not ‘bother’ the guests with explaining the location and whereabouts of the attractions. Needless to say that this person did not made us feel welcome. Luckily there was her colleague Caroline who was friendly and professional.

it was extremely loud due to construction still going on, several alarms were set off during our stay and many things didn't work (room telephone, a/c, fitness center, parking garage entry) and it felt like they were rushing to get money from guests too soon. it felt incomplete.

everything was new as the hotel was barely opening, service was attentive, and having laundry onsite was a great plus. also the parking garage was very nice and felt secure
