Our room was badly lit. It was a standard room and a little small for my liking. The basin in the bathroom was too small and water splashed everywhere. Parking for cars is a problem, close to the hotel, although there are 2 parking houses walking distance from the hotel.

The Hotel location is great. Right next to the old part of town. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. Breakfast was good with a good variety of food.

Missing more vegetarian options for breakfast. Need complimentary water in the room or water dispenser to fill bottle before leaving. Front desk to be uniformly more knowledgeable about events and locations. Parking - please clarify on booking.com that there is limited hotel property parking and customer should call to book parking else it causes confusion.

Great location! Extremely helpful staff - especially front desk (if I return it will be due to them). Front desk was super helpful in telling me about where to go on Alsace Wine Road. Some of them are very knowledgeable. Front desk was also very helpful during check-in and finding place for parking.

The standard rooms only have double beds so our request for two single beds was not fulfilled and this had not been made clear to us in the previous communications. They did provide us with two seperate duvets after we pointed this out. Also note there is no lift and one of our rooms had a spiral staircase (207)- it was a lovely room but if you have restricted mobility / lots of luggage it would not be a good room.

We had standard double rooms which were stylish, clean, modern and had very comfortable beds. The location is also great, just outside a bridge which takes you right in to the old town. The parking garage is a bit tight for a big car ( BMW X5) but they checked which car we were coming in and allocated us an appropriate space which was great as parking near the old town is hard to come by.

There’s nothing to not like

It was very comfortable and clean, the staff was very kind, everything was amazing. The water dispenser was at our service, luggages were moved in the room by the staff. Good facilities, we even got a room upgrade when we arrived, very spacious, with a view. Overall it was a lovely stay, with all the facilities we needed.

Just avoid big cars in the parking...

The breakfast was good but I have seen better in lower star hotel. If you are on the side of town you will hear cars passing by during night.

I loved the bathroom on the second floor...but this is nothing for elderly people with leg problems. Concerning the breakfast i was missing the vegetables. And the minibar was a little bit over prized, especially for the soft drinks and snacks

They have a private garage if you come by car, but the fee they charge for parking in their garage is quite high in my opinion (EUR 35.- per day). They should offer it for a lower price (for example EUR 20.- per day). I found that a pity.

The staff were very friendly! The room was just what we wanted and asked for. We celebrated the birthday of my boyfriend and the hotel even had a surprise for him which was very nice. Thanks again guys!

The bed could be more comfortable, it felt a bit sagging.

Standard room was too small. One other issue was that the parking was full so we had to pay for street parking and repay at 9am. Breakfast was mediocre.

Fantastic location. We were given a free upgrade which was perfect because our original standard room wasn’t big enough to open a suitcase.
